17th floor AT EMERALD ISLE IS A 1248 SQ FT PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED BEACHFRONT UNIT
It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach away from the main congestion areas, but close enough to all major attractions and restaurants to be there in 5 minutes. Only 1.9 miles to fabulous PIER PARK (OVER 100 SHOPS & RESTAURANTS & ENTERTAINMENT) AND ONLY 2 MILES TO FRANK BROWN SOFTBALL FIELDS. Less than a mile to Winn Dixie Grocery & CVS Drugs, Mikes Diner & Seafood Grill across street(best breakfast on the beach)
Two master bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. The front bedroom opens up to the massive 28' balcony and contains a king size bed, with memory foam ,with 24' flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a KING bed with 24' flat screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cherry cabinets and granite countertops. There is a 10' long raised bar top with four bar stools. Full size ref with ice maker, range with overhead Microwave, Dish Washer. All dishes, cooking equipment included.
Dining area has 48' round table with four chairs. Living room has sleeper sofa, loveseat and 27' flat screen TV and has large sliding glass doors with black out drapery.
The large 12 x 28 bubble shaped balcony is one of the largest on the beach and has dining table with 6 chairs and 3 chaise lounges for comfort. Plenty of room to sun on the balcony if you do not want to go to pool or beach.
There is also a washer-dryer combo in a separate room in the unit.
Living room has sleeper sofa, love seat, 32' Flat screen TV with comcast cable & internet, also 2 large floor to ceiling glass sliders with ocean view.
Underground parking is available and a very large parking garage across the street handles overflow parking in busy times. RV's, trailers, and boats can be parked across the street behind the parking garage.
There are two large pools and a large hot tub directly adjacent to the beach. Next to the pool are two gas grills for your use.

First of all...the pictures don't do this condo justice! I've stayed in many different condos in PCB and this one was by far the nicest! This Condo was immaculately clean as well as warm and inviting! If you want a luxurious yet very comfortable condo, this is the rental for you! We arrived at the condo at 3 a.m. The owner offered for us check in early and then said we could check out late as well. He made a special trip to his unit to set the thermostat and had our parking pass and armbands waiting for us upon our arrival. The Condo owner was a pleasure to work with!

Just wanted to say this is an absolute great condo. The balcony view is awesome and there is everything you need in the condo. The owner is the best to work with and I hope we will be able to make a return trip real soon. If your looking for relaxation and a great time this is the place.

I have been staying at Emerald Isle for a few years now!! It is one of the best Condo's i have ever stayed at besides the owners 3 bedroom!! It is AWESOME, from the owner being so nice and helping in anyway to make your stay AWESOME!! To the best view of the ocean from the 17th floor!! And you feel at home!! I would recommend any of his Condo's to anyone!! Never once have we had anything go wrong!! The beds are so comfortable, it has everything you need and more!! I could go on and on about how much I love this Condo!! And how easy it is to deal with the owner, ( couldn't ask for better people ) Thank you for letting us keep coming back!! Also with my last minute calls and you ALWAYS come through!!! You are so close to Pier Park and you can see the new Pier from the balcony!! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!! Last thing, I want stay anywhere else!! :)
