Great townhouse in prestigious Stone Harbor with great bay views from two decks. This terrific townhouse has all of the amenities for a wonderful vacation.
The home has central air and has access to the landscaped pool and hot tub area (just walk down the steps). It is conveniently located to all that Stone Harbor has to offer. The beach is just two blocks away. The tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, and playground are one block away. There are great restaurants one block away.
The lovely town of Stone Harbor is a pleasant eight-block walk. The bay area, with a boat acess is right out your front door. The master suite is very speacious with a king size bed, TV, its own private bath and deck with terrific sunset views. All of this is on one floor. The top floor includes a family room, dining area and kitchen which opens up through a triple sliding door to a second deck. This deck over looks the pool and hot tub area as well as having bay views. There are stairs directly down to the pool/hot tub deck. Also on the top floor is the second bedroom which has queen bed and the third bedroom which has two twin beds. A second full bath and washer/dryer complete this floor. Over the winter the complex was completely renovated on the outside with a new roof, siding, windows, doors, trim etc. The inside was recently renovated as well. The house does have central air.
