Built in 1891 this beautiful Victorian schoolhouse was converted into a family home. This 5000 square foot home has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The original bell is still in the steeple so you can call the kids home from their bike ride when dinner is ready. We have an awesome microclimate in Los Berros valley, even when it is a little overcast at the beach, we often have sunshine. Stroll through the english garden past the koi pond and tree fort to the Yoga Barn to enjoy some stretching and music. Pick some apples in the orchard or some plums, cherrys or raspberrys. After playing some volleyball or soccer on the big lawn in the back or shooting a few hoops in the front yard you can relax in the spa or poolside while the tri-tip broils on the old stone barbeque. We have a classic piano in the parlor and a big screen in the family room.
