Our beach cottage is named the Sea Horse Corral, it offers every comfort to be expected at a first rate vacation destination. We provide a décor that welcomes you with comfort, warmth and functionality. A gourmet kitchen, gas fire place, dish TV, and wireless internet are provided for your convenience. The cottage is a great place for a party the French doors at the entry open on to a large porch and the yard is very private and quite with a large patio and deck.
The beach is a short walk from your front door. Waves pounding on the beach ease you to sleep after a busy day doing what makes you happy. From year round whale watching to surfing and everything between.
Even storms are a pleasure when you are snug and warm by the fire. A good book and an even better friend create wonderful memories.

Why the Owner Chose Depoe Bay
I am retired and my wife telecommutes so we were able to choose where we live. We chose the central Oregon Coast because of all that it offers. We can walk 1 block to the beach, no busy streets. Hiking, surfing, wading and tide pools are just a few of the activities we can enjoy outside our door. Depoe Bay offers great shopping, great food, deep sea fishing, whale watching year round and the world's smallest port. It is great fun watch the boats negotiating a small whole in the sea wall.

You are also joined by a pod of WHALES that live right off our beach year round. We are on a small cul-de-sac of 4 homes perfect for family vacations and the safety of the little ones.

We came to the Oregon Coast from Maryland and discovered paradise. Our children and their children have been raised with the understanding of how important and fragile our natural beauty is here on the coast. All we have to do is walk to the beach to watch the pod of WHALES that lives right off our beach.
