- 15 minutes from new airport serviced by Southwest opens May 2010. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is reasonably close to you as well as the famous Red Bar in Grayton Beach and the charm of Seaside. Steve & Shirley Linahan live in Georgetown, Texas (Austin)...when we aren't at the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Because of the beach! We are south of 30A, (Beach Road) in Santa Rosa Beach/Blue Mountain Beach where we are right in the heart of everything - but yet not overcrowded and crazy from the condo crowds. The new Public's grocery store that we go to a gazillion times is on 98 is only 5 min away and Goatfeather's restaurant/seafood shop is across the street. Goatfeather's is where we get fresh seafood to grill when we don't feel like going out. The renown Red Bar at Grayton Beach, the shops at Seaside and coffee shops are all very close. We also like the closeness of the popular 30-A hike/bike trail which is right behind us.
As far as getting to the beach it is just a short easy stroll to one of the nicest beach accesses in South Walton County with no roads to cross. The home was perfect for our extended family, large and accommodating. What more can we say!

This home faces the beach just a short stroll on a sidewalk. The guest rooms are large as is the home itself. It has ample and well manicured grounds to host a large family gathering or even a that perfect wedding party.
