Accommodations: House built in 2001, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 8).
Located midway between South Beach and Edgartown Village, just off the bike path, this South facing house is beautifully furnished with antiques and original art. Includes 275 feet of private beach on Katama Bay along with use of the south side of dock (with 2 tie off spiles) reserved for your exclusive use via a foot path across the street.
First floor of this sunny house offers a beautifully appointed living room, powder room, bar with refrigerator/ice maker, pantry, a den with big screen TV/DVD/TiVo, large open kitchen-dining area with granite countertops and top of the line appliances, formal dining room and a twin bedroom with en suite bath.
On the second level is the Queen Master bedroom with access to private upstairs balcony. The master bath has dual sinks, large Jacuzzi tub, shower, bidet and large California closet. Near the top of the stairs between the Master suite and the other bedrooms is a restful sitting room with Satellite TV, Boise CD and radio, gas fireplace and access to large balcony with seating for four overlooking the meadows.
Two remaining large guest rooms, a double and a twin, share a shower bathroom. Convenient laundry area is also on this floor.
The very large finished basement has a full billiards table, bar with sink and refrigerator. Central A/C, high speed Internet, Wi-Fi, central CD-radio sound system.
Outside, gather together family style on the large decks or under the pergola to enjoy the BBQ on the Weber gas grill. Take in the private yard in the hammock facing the open beautiful Vineyard meadow.
All linens, towels, and beach towels are included. Outdoor shower.
