This brand new Penthouse is the most luxurious space in all of Gulf Shores. This Gulf-front unit features a 54 foot deck with the most incredible views in all of Gulf Shores. The deck is furnished with teak lounge chairs and an outdoor dining area.
It has four large bedrooms, two of which are directly on the gulf with doors opening to a Gulf-side deck. Each bedroom has its own have a private in suite bath and large closets. The large master suite also has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
The open living area features every possible amenity: a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops; a wet bar with a Margaritaville Frozen Drink Machine for the perfect Margaritas, Daiquiris, Slides and Smoothies; a flat screen television and Blue Ray player; and a fabulous dining table for the perfect sit-down dinner.
The private beach, with beach service available for renting umbrellas and beach loungers, is just steps away from your front door. Crystal Shores West also has a unique heated indoor and outdoor swim-through pool and a hot tub next to the pool. The full work out facility overlooking the Gulf is stocked with top quality machines and a sauna.
A game room is also available in case you or the kids want to take a break from the beach. This Penthouse also has its own reserved parking space in the private parking deck under the building and in the shade.
