The Details:

Brand new construction in a unique classic farm house style. 2000 Square Feet, with large porches front and back. 1.5 to 2 hours from New York Metro area MAX, and 15 minutes from Metro North stop Port Jervis Station.

Cozy and warm in the winter, naturally cool in the summer (Thanks to excellent insulation).

2 minute drive to Delaware River, 10 minute bike ride. Secluded but close to 2 Grocery stores (one general specialty store with gourmet options and one regular market), restaurants, antiques shopping, 2 service stations, and more.

Rates (Minimum stay is one weekend):
$650.00 Weekend (Fri late noon or early Evening - Sunday Evening or Early Mon Morn)
$1,500.00 Weekly (Mon late noon or early Evening - Sunday Evening or Early Mon Morn)
$3,500.00 Monthly (any time on the First of the month to any time last day of the month)
$300 per additional day

An additional $100 cleaning fee is required upon check out. Excessive mess may incur extra cleaning fees. Monthly tenants can have bi-weekly cleaning visits upon request; Each cleaning visit is $100. These rates are firm. No Premiums are charged for holidays or special dates. Rates are flat no matter the time of year.

  • We had a great stay at this beautiful home that is well maintained and decorated by the owners. Very private, quiet and safe family getaway location. We would definately consider going back to this home for another stay.

  • Do you like privacy and the peace & quiet that go along with it? This is it. The house is exceptionally clean and replete with all the modern touches - ipod dock with detachable remote speakers, great kitchen appliances, charcoal grill. The house has decks on all 4 sides so you can relax facing North South East or West. We hated to leave. Highly recommended!!!

  • We stayed here for a long weekend in July as we were attending a concert at Bethel Woods. The home is very well appointed and extremely clean. We never felt like we were "roughing it" or had to make do as everything we needed was there. The owners are very easy to work with and obviously put a lot of love into this home. Comfortable beds, sheets, towels, furnishings, etc. We look forward to renting this house again!
