$3,500.00 Monthly (any time on the First of the month to any time last day of the month)
$300 per additional day
An additional $100 cleaning fee is required upon check out. Excessive mess may incur extra cleaning fees. Monthly tenants can have bi-weekly cleaning visits upon request; Each cleaning visit is $100. These rates are firm. No Premiums are charged for holidays or special dates. Rates are flat no matter the time of year.

My name is Hugh Gran. I bought this beautiful home 2 years ago with my wife, but realized that we didn't use it enough, so we decided to rent it to share its beauty and to help cover the expenses of owning a home.

This area is full of wonderful nature, country, and shopping activities. The River is so beautiful in the summer; It's a magical area full of natural wonder and discovery.
The Unique Benefits of this House
There is true peace and quiet, Long lazy days are a washed in beautiful sounds and sights of nature. We love to go to the river and swim / boat down it. If we feel adventurous we get in the car and are just minutes from many different activities including the Bethel Woods Arts center (Woodstock).

Can't imagine that there is a nice house in the area with a more helpful and communicative owner. Everything is in great shape and very, very clean - the pictures really don't do it justice and we were pleasantly surprised by the charming decor on arrival! The porch and yard are beautiful and serene. A great escape from the city!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We came from a long way off - definitely needed to be pleasantly surprised and we were not disappointed! Hugh has put together this home with such style and taste. No expense spared - all beautifully appointed and the kind of place you could move into and stay for a while! Gloriously quiet neighborhood the place looks onto a wood belonging to the property and just lovely! The place fits the description to a "T", all furnishings and fittings are very nice in a very nicely designed home. It was clean and ready for use when we got there. Thank you,, Hugh for a lovely weeks R&R. We would love to repeat the experience sometime and would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a classy, quiet retreat.

What a great place. The entire house is updated. Great yard for the kids to play in. We enjoyed the fireplace and the peaceful setting. I can't wait to go back. If you are looking for a get-a-way in the country this is the place.

Do you like privacy and the peace & quiet that go along with it? This is it. The house is exceptionally clean and replete with all the modern touches - ipod dock with detachable remote speakers, great kitchen appliances, charcoal grill. The house has decks on all 4 sides so you can relax facing North South East or West. We hated to leave. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend in July as we were attending a concert at Bethel Woods. The home is very well appointed and extremely clean. We never felt like we were "roughing it" or had to make do as everything we needed was there. The owners are very easy to work with and obviously put a lot of love into this home. Comfortable beds, sheets, towels, furnishings, etc. We look forward to renting this house again!
