Five Star Condo in Dakota Lodge, Unit #8477
UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars). This one of the largest two bedroom condos in Dakota Lodge with approximately 1050 square feet of space. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, TV/DVD player with a private balcony and bathroom. The second bedroom will sleep 4 people in beds with a king sized bed, as well as a twin bed with a trundle underneath. After a long day of skiing or biking, you can enjoy the gas fireplace while watching a movie in the living room. Just off of the living room is the second balcony with mountain views in the distance, miniature golf course & playground in front of the building. The full kitchen has all of the essentials you will need to cook a meal away from home. The dining room table will comfortably seat 4 people with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar. In the closets, you will find plenty of extra blankets, sheets for the sleeper sofa, pillows, humidifiers, fans, and iron/ironing board.
VIEWS **** (4 Stars) This condo features mountain views in the distance, as well as the miniature golf course and playground in front of Dakota Lodge. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy watching your children play at the playground or miniature golf course.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) This condo is approximately 100 feet from the River Run village which features many excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals and great people watching. It is also approximately 150 meters to the new high speed, eight passenger gondola. In your ski boots and carrying your skis, it will take about three minutes to get to the gondola.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES ****(4 Stars) Dakota Lodge was completed in the late 90’s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. This means there is less congestion in the building during busy times and all units are a short walk from the elevator. Speaking of elevators, there is one high speed elevator that services only 67 units. Some other buildings have one elevator for over 100 units. There is an access controlled underground heated garage. Laundry facilities are located on both the second and fourth floor. This building also features the largest heated pool in the resort and the two largest hot tubs in the resort. The pool and hot tubs have views of Dercum Mountain and the ski slopes. There is also a sauna on the first floor. The sister building to Dakota lodge is next door and guests in Dakota have access to the game room and gathering areas in Buffalo. The game room features several pool tables and tables to play games such as chess and checkers. The gathering areas are beautifully decorated and have ample seating on couches and living room style chairs for large groups.
KEYSTONE EVENTS:
Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. Additionally, you can enjoy Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours, Snow Mobiling, Horse back riding and much more. SUMMER activies include championship golfing (2 courses in Keystone), Mountain biking, Wild Life Tours, the best hiking in North America, White-Water Rafting and Fly Fishing, just too name a few.

Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

We also provide an initial supply of consumables, such as trial sized soap, lotion & shampoo, as well as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and dishwashing liquid.
