Five Star Condo in The Springs, Unit # 8811
We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities and building quality and amenities.
UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: ****(4 Stars). This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the first floor of The Springs. Step right out to the pool hot tubs, grill and firepit. In both bedrooms, you will find comfortable queen sized beds and cable TVs for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combination. In the living room, you can sleep an additional two people on the sleeper sofa. You will enjoy the new 40 inch flatscreen TV with DVD/VHS player & small selection of movies. The full kitchen has all of the essentials for you to cook a meal away from home. The owner has also purchased a crockpot, blender, and plastic plates and bowls for your convenience. The dining room table will comfortably seat 4 people, and there are two additional dining room chairs in the condo if you have more people in your group. You will also find 2 humidifiers & 2 fans in the unit, as well as an iron with ironing board, and plenty of extra blankets & pillows.
VIEWS **** (5 Stars) This condo features views of the ski slopes, gondola, and the spectacular pool area at The Springs. Watch the skiers come down Dercum Mountain from the living room and the balcony, or enjoy watching your children enjoy the pool from the comfort of your balcony.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES **** (5 Stars) The Springs is the closest building in Keystone to the new high speed, eight-person gondola. If you exit the condo from the balcony through the pool area, you can utilize the back gate and be at the gondola in 2 minutes. You are also approximately a 1-2 minute walk from excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals and great people watching.

Reasons to come to Keystone:
1. River Run Village has everything you need for a fun-filled vacation without having to drive
anywhere. It has ski rentals, specialty shops, restaurants, a world class ski school, and the
Keystone Children's Center for the little ones.
2. Keystone has the best and largest Night skiing operation in Colorado. Your lift ticket will
include skiing at Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin, as well as night skiing, so you can ski until
8:30 pm.
3. Adventure Point Tubing that is fun for adults and kids alike. At the top of mountain, you will find many tubing lanes with varying difficulty. You can ride down in your tube by yourself or with a group of friends or family by holding on to each others tubes. Then you can enjoy the ride back up the hill on the tubing lift.
4. Ice skating/hockey is available in the Lakeside Village, which is a short shuttle ride away or a short drive in your car.
5. Unique, mountain dining experiences at 11,444 feet. Sit back and enjoy the views of the mountains as you ride the gondola up to the top of mountain.
--Aspenglow Stube is a fine dining experience in an intimate setting. Enjoy beautiful mountain views while you have a 6 or 7 course meal.
--Der Fondue Chessel- enjoy a 4 course Bavarian Style meal with live music that the whole family can enjoy.
6. Keystone has a world class ski school. Instructors will help beginners learn the basics. Advanced skiers can perfect skills and move you to the next level.
7. A51 Terrain Park contains jumps, fun boxes, jibs, rails, half pipes and quarter pipes and other constructed or natural terrain features. This is a great place to watch some amazing jumps or try some yourself.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES *****(5 Stars) The Springs was completed in 2000 and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. There two high speed elevators that will take you to your condo from the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. Laundry facilities are located on 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floor. You will also enjoy the spacious lobby with large, gas fireplace, sitting area, waterfall, game tables, and a pool table. Just off of the lobby, you will also find a play room for the kids, as well as a media room with stadium seating and a large flat screen TV. This building also features a heated pool with slide for the kids, wade pool for the little ones, 2 eight-person hot tubs, a fire pit, and a grill near the pool. The Springs also has its own fitness room & steam room on the first floor.
KEYSTONE EVENTS:
Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. Additionally, you can enjoy Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours, Snow Mobiling, Horse back riding and much more. SUMMER activies include championship golfing (2 courses in Keystone), Mountain biking, Wild Life Tours, the best hiking in North America, White-Water Rafting and Fly Fishing, just too name a few.
FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.

- The Springs features the best heated pool in the resort. It has a slide that goes into the pool, a wading pool for the little ones, and 2 eight-person hot tubs. There is also a grill and fire pit located near the hot tubs, which is just a few steps from the balcony of this condo. This building also features a kids play room, media room with stadium seating, pool table, fitness room, and steam room for your enjoyment. In the lobby, you will enjoy the comforting sounds of the waterfall while you enjoy a good book or talk with friends and family.
