Built in 2004, this property is located in the guard gated community of Indian Springs Country Club, just blocks from Highway 111 with dining, shopping, entertainment, golfing, tennis and so much more at your finger tips. Decorated in a "Tommy Bahama" style, you'll feel as you are in your own desert paradise. The kitchen is large, offering a double oven, dishwasher, microwave, plates, utensils and all your kitchen needs. It has a breakfast bar that seats 4. Adjacent to that is the formal dining room, opening to the great room complimented with a gas fireplace and a 52" TV with surround sound.
The backyard has its own private pool and spa and sits on the 3rd tee box, completely out of the "kill zone" area with views of the golf course, chocolate mountains and hot air balloons overhead. There are misters and a ceiling fan attached to the patio for those warm days.
With fresh carpet and paint throughout, the home offers 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, and the master bath has a separate shower and tub-is jetted and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and ensuite bathroom. Equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms except the kitchen, 2 TV's, stereo, video games, board games, pool toys, outdoor loungers and a pool table for your enjoyment.
Walking distance to the Indian Springs Club house which has been rated one of the top 5 public golf courses in the Valley. Less than 3 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Stadium, 25 minutes to airport and 40 minutes to the Cabazon Outlet stores and Casino.

My husband and I have been vacationing in the desert for the last 26 years. Living in Orange County, this was a quick weekend escape that felt as if we were millions of miles away. With almost everything you would want to do on a vacation, the desert offers some of the best golf courses and spas the country has to offer. We decided it would be a perfect place to purchase a vacation home. This is our home away from home and we invite you to stay and feel the peace and tranquility that this home has to offer.

My husband and I have been married for 23 years and have 3 teenage sons. We are both work-a-holics so being able to escape to the desert not far from our home makes this the perfect getaway for us. We all enjoy different outdoor activities so this works well. The boys play golf all day long and play tennis or I shop....However the entire family loves the spas and all its amenities.
