Rose Hill Description
(Local Name: Rózsadomb) Rose Hill (Rózsadomb) has long been one of Budapest's most exclusive residential areas. Elegant villas, large gardens (some unfortunately overgrown), avenues and footpaths extend to Cool Valley (Huvösvölgy). On the side of the hill facing the Danube a modern trade union convalescent home is visible from a considerable distance.

Why the Owner Chose Budapest

Market, florist, bank, pharmacy within walking distance closest shopping center Local current events : Budapest, Hungary’s capital city consists of two parts, Buda and Pest and these are divided by the beautiful river Danube. The panorama of the Danube bend is a part of the world heritage, as well as the Parliament, Heroes’ Square and the Buda Castle , which is also home to the National Hungarian Art Gallery. The Gallery is located in the castle district, a very popular place for local and also for foreign tourists. When we talk about Budapest, we mustn’t miss out the 5th district which is the historical down town of Budapest, where we can take a walk along Váci street, the most famous Hungarian shopping street, to Vörösmarty Square, where you can take a rest in the famous Gerbeaud café. You can also enjoy the traditional Hungarian cuisine in the Pilvax and Matthias restaurants also close to Váci street. The capital city is also rich in green areas; Budapest’s largest public park, Margaret Island can be an ideal place for sports, relaxing and also for night life. Budapest is rich in thermal water with it’s more than 70 thermal springs, which you can enjoy in one of the well known spas, like Gellért, Széchenyi and Rudas.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

Sites near: 1) Turbe of Gul Baba (Local Name: Gül Baba türbéje) In the grounds of an old villa can be found the Turbe (mausoleum) of a Muslim Dervish Gül Baba (Turkish for "rose father"), which was built between 1543 and 1548. Gül Baba died during a festival in Matthias Church after it had been converted into a mosque. The rather plain octagonal domed building in which his sarcophagus is housed is now a museum open to the public; exhibits include memorabilia of Gül Baba and the Bektazi Order. 2) Margeret Islad is a 2.5 km (1.4 miles) long island, 500 meters (550 yards) wide, (0.965 km² (225 acres) in area) in the middle of the Danube in central Budapest, Hungary. It belongs administratively to the 13th district. religious centre. The island spans the area between the Margaret Bridge (south) and the Árpád Bridge (north). 3) Millenaris park - 4) Spa Lukacs - Another great bath in Budapest! We go there quite regularly, mainly for the open air fun-bath, but also for the steam, and massage. Lukács, frequently visited and favoured by local artists and celebrities. Try the sauna, the Turkish steam-bath, the swimming pools or just lay back, recently established and equipped with a so called water beam back massage, whirlpools, geysers and other relaxing facilities. If you're in Budapest and don't try the baths, well, it's just like missing Eiffel Tower in Paris. 5) Szemlohegyi cave Address: Pusztaszeri út 35., II. district Opening hours: Mon-Wed-Thurs-Fri 10.00-16.00
