BEAUTIFUL WELL MAINTAINED HOME: This beautiful open floor plan, one-story home was completed in May of 2004 and has been well maintained with everything in good working order.
Kitchen/Dining: The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave mounted above the stove. Plates, cookware, silverware, etc. are also provided for your convenience. There is a washer/dryer located off the main hallway. The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan design with a built in bar in kitchen area. Indoor and outdoor dining is available.
Beds/Baths: Sleeps six-eight people. Three bedrooms, one bedroom with queen bed, two bedrooms have full beds. (Sleeper sofa is also a full.) Two full baths and an outside shower with hot/cold water on lower level. Spacious front deck for lounging. Covered parking on the lower level available for up to three vehicles.
Great Location: Located in the newest section of Ocean Lakes. Quiet street with no thru traffic-great for children. Also allows for easy access to the Camptown Store/Snack Bar and pool. Only a short golf cart ride to the beach.
Cleaning/Rules: Cleaning products are provided for you to clean at your departure. If the home has not been cleaned upon departure, your deposit will be withheld to pay for a cleaning service after the fact.
You will need to provide your linens (sheets, towels, etc.), bath soaps, detergents and paper products. Please note that Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated and patrolled community. All guests must abide by Ocean Lakes rules and regulations. Upon arrival, you will need to register your vehicle with the Ocean Lakes office and pay a $3/day parking pass fee per vehicle directly to Ocean Lakes. Sorry, no smoking and no pets!
