"The Ponds" at Buffalo Ridge, built in 1996, is one of the newest developments in the Wildernest area. Sitting at the base of Wildernest Mountain above the town of Silverthorne and overlooking a wildlife refuge, this is your best bet for a well priced Colorado vacation getaway anytime of the year. Located on the free shuttle bus route to ski areas, dining, and shopping, our condo offers easy access to Loveland, Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek. It is only a 90 minute drive to Steamboat Springs.
From our front door, walk to the trailhead for great hiking or snowshoeing. We are far enough from the hustle and bustle, noise and traffic but very close to restaurants, outlet malls, and ski resorts. "The Ponds" at Buffalo Ridge is an easy drive from Denver International Airport or the City of Denver using Interstate 70.
Our condo is on the first level so there are no stairs leading to it and no stairs inside (great for kids or anybody with tired knees). Professionally cleaned for each guest, tastefully furnished, bright and comfortable, this ranch style condo with easy main floor entry offers parking at the front door. Enjoy the swimming pools, hot tubs, racquetball court, and tennis court all located on the property.
The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, an appealing open floor plan and a gas fireplace. The kitchen/dining area can comfortably seat 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV/VCR combo and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a bath off the hallway. The living room sleeps two on the pull out couch.
Stay five or more nights and receive a 10% discount off of our posted nightly rate. Also, for every guest you refer who books a stay with us you can take 10% off of our nightly rate on your next visit with us. Please email us for any extra specials we may have running!
There is a $85 cleaning fee per stay.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 90% of your rental payments will be refunded. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of the rental payments will be refunded. If you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date, 25% of the rental payments will be refunded. However, at any time we will refund the full amount if we can rent the unit for the nights that are cancelled.

The condo was very nice and clean, just as pictured. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. We liked the location, close to the outlet mall, grocery store, restaurants etc. Check in and out process very simple. We received our deposit check back quickly. We would definitely consider going back again!

This condo was a great choice. Very clean, comfortable and roomy. We had everything we needed and it was convenient to Copper Mountain. It's the 4th VRBO unit we've rented in the area and we'd rate it as the best overall value.

Great condo. Convenient location. Condo was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. Deposit was returned in a week. Would highly recommend staying here. Would be a great place to also stay in the summer time.

I spent a girls weekend at the condo and we had a great time. The owner was really great to work with, answering all my questions and suggested places to eat if we wanted to go out. Not having to climb stairs with our bags was a HUGE plus! We enjoyed the hot tub, which was just a short walk from the condo and the open space/view from the deck was very nice.

My mom and I spent a week at this property in early September and had a WONDERFUL time. She's in her late 60's and I'm in my mid 40's. The location was great since it is centrally located between Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper. Dillon is right at the bottom of the hill with a great selection of restaurants, a grocery store, a sporting goods store, and much more. Though it is a first floor unit with EASY access from the parking lot, it is elevated in the back which allows for the great balcony views. This property definitely gets an A+ for convenience and ease of access! The unit itself was roomy and extremely clean with great views from the balcony. The kitchen was well-stocked and the fireplace was a nice feature for the cool Fall evenings. The furniture was in great shape and not beat-up like a lot of other rentals. The owner was extremely easy to work with and was a genuinely good person. We're coming back FOR SURE!!!

The condo had everything we needed. The views from the back of the condo were unbelievably gorgeous. We were there for the long weekend and the activities in the area were endless. The condo is on the bus route (which is free) and you can get to all the surrounding towns very easily.

We have been in the condo for an 'extended stay' - 3 months. The condo is so well equipped that it feels like home, cosy yet spacious. The view across the beaver ponds is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. We can literally wake up in the morning and decide whether to ski Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Vail or Beaver Creek. Highly recommend snowmobiling with White Mountain Tours. Pug Ryan's in Dillon is a great place for a family dinner. We've also been volunteering at The Swan Centre (horse rescue). Denver is just an hour down the road, and we have had several day trips to see the sights such as the Wild Animal Sanctuary. This is the perfect place to 'get away from it all', with shopping (the outlets are great), restaurants and other amenities just a few minutes away if you want them. The free Summit Shuttle makes it easy to get around if you don't want to drive. The owners have been fantastic and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this condo, for both short and long stays. We would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was clean and very comfortable. 1st floor access was a nice perk too! Deposit was refunded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again in the future.
