Casa Langosta is a spacious four bedroom, three and a half bath, private home located in the gated resort development of Playacar. It is approximately 2,400 sq feet, fully furnished, air-conditioned and smoke-free.
The main floor has a living room with satellite TV, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is well equipped and offers granite countertops, new appliances and bar seating. There is also a sitting area off the kitchen and a guest bathroom on the main floor.
The second floor has three large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite and walk-in shower. The first master bedroom has a king sized bed and private balcony. The second master also has a king bed and the third bedroom has two double beds. There is a lofted fourth bedroom on the upper level which has two twin beds. All beds are outfitted with luxurious soft linens.
Off the main floor are sliding glass doors onto two shaded, patio decks with comfortable lounging furniture to enjoy the beautiful golf course and garden views. An outdoor bar-b-que grill and full sized washer/dryer are also available for guest use. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs and hair dryers are also provided.
One of the best locations, the house overlooks the 12th tee of the Playacar championship golf course, and is right around the corner from the swimming pool, tennis court and palapa with wi-fi wireless internet. It is a five minute walk past Mayan ruins to the beautiful white sand beach, the ferry to Cozumel, Playacar's world class golf course and spa, and central Playa del Carmen which offers hundreds of shops and restaurants.
Maid service three times per week, fresh bottled water, and an American property manager will ensure a smooth vacation. Several large grocery stores are readily accessible to meet any food and drink requirements. An optional in-house cook can be arranged for an additional cost. Private transportation from the Cancun Airport can also be arranged on request for an additional fee.

We love our house in Playa del Carmen. It offers space and privacy, modern conveniences, a beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, and golf close by. We walk everywhere! A fantastic location, just inside the secure, resort development of Playacar. Our house is a short walk to the gorgeous beach, hundreds of shops and restaurants of Playa del Carmen's 5th Avenue, modern grocery stores and ferry to Cozumel. There's lots to do too with all the fun family attractions that the Mayan Riviera has to offer.
