This inviting "home away from home" is well maintained and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was right there and the whole place was nice and clean. It's far enough away from Disney to be quiet, but close enough to get to the parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. quickly. Ken (the owner) was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Thank you for a wonderful trip. The extras that you wouldn't get in a hotel made our stay so comfortable. We will never do a hotel in Florida again!

I stay here in july 2011 OMG I never could imagine that this place were so great !!!! Its close to everything when I said everything I mean everything food, attraction, shooping etc... And all the place its so clean and complete you have everything in this house wi-fi,laundry ,clean towels ,etc.... THis is for real this is a home away from home !!!! I love it !!!!!! :) I recomended this place and obvious I will stay again soon :)

I STAYED AT THIS HOME FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY AND IT WAS VERY CLEAN,QUITE,NICELY DECORATED AND VERY CLOSE TO ALL ATTRACTIONS. KEN WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY INFO THAT I REQUIRED. This condo was an excellent value - it was very clean and well maintained. The whole condo was very kid friendly. The pool was awesome and very close to the condo - good for little kids. The owner's were very helpful and responsive to all my questions. It was very close to Disney - a great route and traffic pattern, very easy access. I would definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Nice time in Grand Palms

Very clean and well maintained. Good quiet location. Just a few miles from Walt Disney World and restaurants. Owners provided good information book on the area restaurants and attractions. Pool facilites were clean. Parking just outside the door. Good selection of cooking utensils, games, movies (VHS). Very highly recommended!

The Condo was excellent. Ken did a great job of informing me on everything I needed to know before heading down to Orlando. The condo was very clean and spacious. I was there with my wife and daughter, Disney World was a short 10 minute drive away. The condo even came equipped with a notebook full of all the different restaurants and attractions in the area and which ones he recommended. Overall, I give the condo an A+

We had a great time with our family at your condo. A great deal of thought was put into your unit. We found soap, dishwasher soap even coffee filters and our grandchildren loved the "Sponge Bob" room and the fact that they had their own TV and play station. The condo was clean and neat and close to all the Disney Theme Parks. At the end of the day it was wonderful to come back to "our home away from home" where it was very quiet. We had a wonderful time staying in your condo and meeting up with our friends from Paris. We had two toddlers staying with us and the condo had everything that we needed for them. The management company even brought over an extra crib for us. We had so much fun just relaxing in the condo and at the pool that we hardly even left the property! (OK, so we did sneak in ONE day at Disney!)

This was the best vacation our family ever had. The weather was great, the theme parks had almost no people but this home made our vacation. Very clean, bright, warm. The Putman family makes you feel at home with all the extras they have added. Close to the parks and markets too. If your looking for a home away from home, look no further, this is it! This is definatly the best place to stay. We have been recommeding it like crazy. Not only was it very clean, nice, and affordable-it is so close to the Disney parks, any eating place you want and plenty of shops.
