We have become regulars to this location and of david and bernadettes condos and always find that the places are clean, perfectly decorated for beach property and close to everything that we enjoy. we have recommended this to one couple who used it recently and another who have asked for information about it...we would not consider staying at any other location as this suits us as a senior couple who still can travel independently and love Hilton Head Island!

My husband, son and I had a great stay in this cozy unit. David is attentive and friendly. The unit is nicely decorated and we enjoyed the artwork. The view is lovely, and it is an easy walk to the beach. During our stay, David converted his cable to HD with tons of channels. The few times we had the television on, it was nice. The internet connection was fast. Having the bikes downstairs was a real treat. We had a nice experience, and we would rent again.

We had a great time staying in the condo. It is small but very clean and a wonderful ocean view. Everything was in great working order and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. It is very nice to have bikes available instead of having to rent them.

Great Villa. Excellent hospitality by the owners. Pictures are exactly what you get. Great view of the ocean and excellent location. Will stay here again as soon as it warms up a little. We had a great "girls" getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Nothing but positive comments about this villa. The villa is just as pictured - beautiful, updated with new countertops and appliances, nice electronics and comfortable furnishings. Most importantly, the unit could not have been cleaner (very important to Moms of young children and their grandmothers). The view from the deck is wonderful. Bicycles and nice beach chairs come with this unit. Grandkids loved the bunk bed! The floor plan provides privacy for the adults while having the kids nearby. The entire complex is oceanfront. You are only a few steps from the beach and the pool. I loved sitting on the complex sundeck and looking at the ocean. Upscale shopping and dining just a short walk by sidewalk or on the beach. Check-in/check-out is simple - even when you arrive after midnight as we did. The owners could not have nicer or more cooperative. I had to reschedule my trip 3 times due to family illness and I very much appreciate very much the owners' willingness to work with me so that I could spend this wonderful weekend with my girls and grandchildren. The owner was always quick to respond to my inquiries and gave me a lot of comfort about the reservation. The perfect place for a much needed respite!

New Years at Hilton Head

My husband and I sent the week at Hilton Head and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The property was immaculate. Clean and quiet, just what we needed after the craziness of the holidays. Being right on the beach was a major plus. We could go for walks or ride the bikes that come with the apartment. The deck is perfect for chilling out in the afternoon and watching the sun go down. The apartment itself comes with everything you need to feel like home. It really was great. This is our third time renting and we would do it again.

What a lovely place. The pictures reflect the condo very well. Perfect access to the beach, we had a wonderful week. Owners were very well organized and super easy to deal with! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing Rental

My husband and I stayed at this gorgeous unit from September 17-24th. It has got to be the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in and you are ON the ocean. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes, beach towels, and food - everything else is supplied. The owners are extremely nice and very helpful with any questions you may have. My husband and I are looking to come back in November and to take a day trip to Savannah. We highly recommend the Oyster Factory, Red Fish, and Alexanders for dinner.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Very cozy, beautifully updated and decorated! We were fortunate to meet David, one of the owners. Having the bikes and chairs provided was such a convenience. We rode about 10 miles a day on the bikes. This condo is very centrally located to restaurants, shops and entertainment. We will definitely come back to this condo. Thanks to the owners for providing such a comfortable "home away from home". D & K

trying to add the social media touch in the review title:-) This place is immaculate with great ocean view, QUICK ocean access. We happened to meet one of the owners (Bernadette, where were you?) at checki out and David was as nice and sweet as the accommodation! Such a pleasing place to stay; people watch from balcony or beach; great kitchen, comfortable sleeping; can't tell you how many times I fell asleep reading on the lower bunk bed:-) It's booked or we would be returning sooner! Owner's directions take you right to it; it's close to everything but there is no need to go anywhere! Absolutely fabulous! Only thing I wish this complex had was the ability to take your pet; but that's understandable that the majority may not want that. We would love to come visit again or own something there!

Excellent vacation destination...My family and I have booked this unit for 3 years now. We enjoy the location and the fantastic views. I would reccomend this unit. It's comfortable, practical and clean. Hope to be staying in this unit again next summer!!!

We recently had another wonderful vacation on HHI at Sea Side Villa. We've enjoyed renting each of the 3 units owned by this family and we can't say enough about it. We don't care to go anywhere else now that we've found HHI. Each of the 3 units are wonderfully decorated, comfortable, and on the beach front. It's also accessible to all of the delightful restaurants and shops in HH. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stay to any couple or small family. We love it!

Relaxing Vacation

We had some inclement weather during our stay. Unlike other beach accommodations we've been to which felt dark and dreary in bad weather, the condo living area felt bright and cheerful. The view from this condo is wonderful, whether from the balcony or the living area. The location is superb - close to the beach, bike trails, shopping. Having the beach chairs and bikes provided was a welcome benefit, especially since we flew in. This is our first experience renting a condo rather than staying in a hotel or motel. It was exactly as described and pictured in the website listing. Renting from David was so easy that we hope to come back and stay for a longer period of time.

We would definitely recommend this condo. It was exceptionally clean, very cute, and cozy. The ocean view looks exactly like the picture presented. It was within walking distance to everything which was very convenient. We especially enjoyed the provision of bikes, chairs, and beach umbrella. Also,the owners were extremely helpful in providing informative materials and were very courteous.

My husband and I were in Hilton Head in September and we look forward to staying at the villa again!! First of all, the owner is very organized which makes it easy when dealing with the paperwork. The condo is up to date and tastefully decorated. The owner's wife added special touches to the decor by featuring her beautiful framed watercolors art. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony which made sitting outside a real pleasure. And most importantly, the villa is very clean and well equipped. Expect us back!!!

Great location on South Forest Beach Drive. We loved the short walk to the beach & loved having beach bikes to ride and the beach chairs. We've been visiting HHI for years and we think this is the best located Condo we've stayed in. The condo is close to a Coligny and Sea Pines which is our favorite places to visit! The Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We'll definately stay there again. Thanks David

We have been going to Hilton Head for 20 years. This condo was perfect!!! It was very clean and convenient to everything for us. I loved having the bikes since you can ride your bike everywhere there.And we had a nice view of the beach from our balcony. I would definetly stay here again. We enjoyed our stay alot!!!

My husband and I are completing our 2 week vacation in Hilton Head Our accommodation has been excellent. The condo is well appointed and was very clean when we arrived. The location was perfect to access the beach, the bike trails, and restaurants. We have enjoyed dining on the balcony or just looking out at the ocean. We really enjoyed having access to the bikes and rode them all over the island. We would highly recommend this condo.

Great couples getaway

Condo was very clean and newly renovated. Super location, close to South Beach, and Harbour Town ($5.00) to enter Sea Pines. Owner is a really good guy and very easy to deal with and gets back to you in a timely manner on questions that you might have. Short walk to shopping and many restaurants. The condo overall is small, but was tastefully decorated.Would stay there again. Plan to tell family and freinds. A 10 minute walk to the new ocean front Compass Rose Park which is unique and fun.

Loved the location and the villa

My boyfriend and I stayed here during the middle of March. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the water and enjoyed the screen door being open so we could hear the water at night. The villa was very clean and we were able to cook lots of meals (saving money :) because everything was provided including pots and pans, a cork screw and even a pizza cutter. HHI is huge, so there are lots of places to stay, but we really thought this location was perfect. The beach in front of Sea Side wasn't too crowded and riding the bikes and watching the dolphins in their natural habitat was awesome. You aren't necessarily close to Harbor Town or the South Beach Marina, but we liked that - it gave us nice little bike ride destinations. Plus, there are shops, a Piggly Wiggly and restaurants just down the road (very close). The villa owner, David, was really great and getting the villa reservation set up and paid for was easy, even very last minute. Since it wasn't very warm at night, we really enjoyed the satellite TV and DVD player as a great option after dinner. This would be a great place for a couple to stay or a family with small children. There is a pull out couch, but having two couples staying here might be too close for comfort.

THE VILLA WAS VERY NICE. EXCELLENT LOCATION AND WELL MAINTAINED. WE LOVED THE BIKES. IT WAS WONDERFUL TO PARK THE CAR AND BIKE TO MOST DESTINATIONS. THE WILDLIFE IS AMAZING. HILTON HEAD IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN.

Great location, just a short walk to beach. Having beach bikes provided was a huge bonus. The bike paths and beaches enabled us to see most of the southern and western parts of the island without having to drive. The condo is close to a variety of shopping and dining areas. It was exactly what we needed for our stay.

We just spent a week at this condo and had a fabulous vacation. The view was great and it is literally steps to the beach access boardwalk. The location was really convenient to anything you want to do on Hilton Head Island - walking distance to many great restaurants. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, bright & cheery. Nice touch having the big screen plasma in the living room, as well as a TV in the bedroom :-)

We had a wonderful time! The towel rack in the bathroom was broken but that was the only issue. We used the beach chairs and umbrella every day. We had perfect beach weather. We also used the bikes which was fun too! Thanks for letting us stay at your condo!

We usually stay at your other condo but we were glad to stay here. The view was great. We found two fabulous resturant: The Studio and Flora's. Flora's had a great early bird special. The weather was not so great but we still enjoyed ourselves.
