Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We have friends who own the house next door so we were greatly influenced by that. It is a quiet beach area and our house is about a one minute walk to the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Visiting with our neighbors who have become great friends is one benefit we enjoy while at our house. Getting to know the local spots is nice too. Having a beautiful beach that is never crowded is awesome!

Our two families have vacationed together on the beach for years, so when we found this house available for sale we all HAD to buy it! Now we share this wonderful, older house with each other and we'd like to share it with others too. We have been so blessed!
