I have a large family. We were very comfortable staying in this house! Approx. 1/2 block from the beach which was great with the kids. Candace V.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

This home was everything we expected and more. We enjoyed the beach and home very much. The owners are excellent and I would recommend anyone to stay at this home. Our family had a wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Just returned from a week's stay at this comfortable, roomy beach house. 6 members of my family came to spend the week with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed it so much! The house is a very short walk to the beach. The beach and water were BEAUTIFUL while we were there. (heard on news this AM that some tar balls had started washing ashore in PCB.) The VRBO listing description is accurate and photos accurately depict the property. The owners are obviously making improvements/upgrades to the property, there were no outdoor showers when we were there which are almost a necessity at the beach. WILL WANT TO STAY AT THIS BEACH HOUSE AGAIN!Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

About the owner: Our two families have vacationed together on the beach for years, so when we found this house available for sale we all HAD to buy it! Now we share this wonderful, older house with each other and we'd like to share it with others too. We have been so blessed!
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We have friends who own the house next door so we were greatly influenced by that. It is a quiet beach area and our house is about a one minute walk to the beach.
