$150 additional cleaning fee required for each week staying.
50% deposit due at booking. Balance due 1 wk. prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: deposit will be forfeited within 2 weeks of stay
unless vacancy is filled.
$500 security deposit due with balance 1 wk prior to arrival.
