$150 additional cleaning fee required for each week staying.
50% deposit due at booking plus $250 sec. Balance due 1 wk. prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: deposit will be forfeited within 2 weeks of stay
unless vacancy is filled.

We are two families from Texas who stayed at Kitty's Cottage in July. Glen Arbor is a lovely town and this house is well located on Lake Michigan just a short drive from town. The listing description is very accurate and the home is a wonderful beach house. The kitchen is small but very well appointed. The open floor plan facilitated us all hanging out together which we enjoyed. We had bonfires down at the firepit each night which was wonderful. We hope to come back next year!
