"High Hickory" has lake access with a community beach, pavillion and boat ramp for you to enjoy the glistening, pristine waters of Lake Glenville! Lake Glenville, one of the most beautiful lakes at an altitude of 3800 feet, has 26 miles of shoreline, 4 beautiful waterfalls, and accommodates jet skies, sail and power boats. Two kayaks come with the house rental for your enjoyment! Signal Ridge Marina is right around the corner for your gas, boat and tube rental convenience.
The huge, fully equipped kitchen has 2 sets of dishes, 2 sets of silverware, 2 microwaves and a bar for everyone to gather around. The large kitchen table opens to the deck with two sets of sliders so there is ample sitting room for everyone to enjoy the view. The house is 3 levels with the master bedroom (king) on the top with its own little balcony and has a "jack and jill" bathroom with the other bedroom (queen) upstairs. Downstairs is the guest room with a queen bed plus a futon that sleeps two with an adjoining bathroom. In the basement is a one car gargage with workroom, laundry and bedroom with a double bed, small couch and its own full size bathroom. Just bring your suitcase, paradise awaits!
Things to remember...Jackson County is a dry county so bring your own beer, wine and/or liquor!
There is no phone in the house and only Verizon Wireless works in the mountains!
