My wife and I stayed in this accomodation in 2011, and were so pleased with not only the Condo, but also the brilliant hospitality and concern given to us from the owner. We loved the place so much that we wasted no time in booking for 2012, and can't wait to get back. The accommodation has everything you need for a nice vacation. Long may we able to come back, especially being so close to the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Anna Maria Island is an old Florida type of island. It is very relaxed. We love to walk and are able to walk North or South for miles. The water is fantastic. There is a Zagat rated restaurant (Beach Bistro) within steps of our condo. Once you spend a vacation here you will never want to go anywhere else!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Nice swimming pool directly on the gulf. You can watch the waves roll in while lounging by the pool. There is 1 covered parking space with the unit and additional parking on site. There are televisions in the master bedroom and living area. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook full course meals. Water's Edge is in pristine condition with an on-site manager.
