New townhouse (half of a duplex) located on the Bird Creek with a spectacular view of Port Austin Harbor and Lake Huron. This spacious unit offers 3000 square feet of living space. The building is brand new. A one-car attached garage and driveway with space for 2 additional cars is available.
There are 3 levels for privacy, a living room with a fireplace and deck, and a family room featuring a walk out to Bird Creek and boat wells. The master suite features a queen size bed with private full bath and third floor balcony to view beautiful Lake Huron sunsets. There are three other separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds, and one with a day bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa that can sleep 1-2 people. The three other bathrooms have showers, one with a tub/shower.
The townhouse includes a full-size kitchen with brand new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, featuring a large dining area. Washer and dryer are available in a separate utility room.
There is a large deck area on the second level where you can relax and take in the great views of the lake! A barbecue grill is available.
This townhouse is located in the village of Port Austin, with a short walk to the Port Austin Farmers Market, restaurants, shops, bars, and other family activities. You can access the Bird Creek Park and Beach with a 5 minute walk. The nearby Port Austin State Dock provides a launch for your boat, and the boat can be docked right in front of the townhouse (up to 26 foot).

Welcome to Port Austin, Michigan! It is a terrific community to live and work in. The people are friendly and besides the beautiful surroundings it is a wonderful place to bring family and friends.
