Beautiful townhouse (half of a duplex) located on the Bird Creek with a spectacular view of Port Austin Harbor and Lake Huron. This spacious unit offers 3000 square feet of living space. A one-car attached garage and driveway with space for 2 additional cars is available.
There are 3 levels for privacy, a living room with a fireplace and deck, and a family room featuring a walk out to Bird Creek and boat wells. The master suite features a queen size bed with private full bath and third floor balcony to view beautiful Lake Huron sunsets. There are three other separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with twin beds, and one with a day bed. A queen sleeper sofa is in the lower level family room that can sleep 1-2 people. Four full bathrooms,three with showers and one with a tub/shower.
The townhouse has a fully equiped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, featuring a large dining area. A stackable washer and dryer are available in a separate utility room.
There is a large deck area on the second level where you can relax and take in the great views of the lake! A gas grill is available for your use.
This townhouse is located in the village of Port Austin, with a short walk to the Port Austin Farmers Market, restaurants, shops, bars, and other family activities. You can access the Bird Creek Park and Beach with a 5 minute walk. The nearby Port Austin State Dock provides a launch for your boat, and the boat can be docked right in front of the townhouse (up to 26 feet). Charter boat fishing is available nearby.

$225 for weekend nights & holidays - $150 weeknights - Call for off-season rates
*All rentals are weekly unless other arrangements are made, based on availability.
There is a $200 security deposit at booking.
Security deposit will be returned after inspection of the townhouse.
Check-in after 4:00 pm on Friday and Check-out by 10:00 am the following Friday.

Welcome to Port Austin, Michigan! It is a terrific community to live and work in. The people are friendly and besides the beautiful surroundings it is a wonderful place to bring family and friends. The lake breezes and colorful sunsets are very relaxing and romantic. On our first date we watched the sunset over Lake Huron. We hope you will feel right at home at our marina townhouse. EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY! Reasonably priced for such a nice , spacious place! My family came from different parts of Michigan and Louisiana noting it was well worth their travel time and expense in getting there. Staying in such a nice place (both house and town) made our week together EXTRA special! We will go back as often as we can. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

The townhouse was everything it was described to be & more! Beautiful place with a great view. Nice quite town with friendly people. Three floors with plenty of room to accommodate several people comfortably. Very clean & like new! Perfect getaway that is centrally located to many nice places. Just a short drive up the road you will find Sandy Dunes Putt-Putt, was really nice. We had a great time on our chartered fishing trip with M & D Marine which is right next door. There are several lighthouses within a short distance as well as many nice beaches. The owners, Rich & Chris, responded quickly to all my questions and were very helpful. I would highly recommend this townhouse & hope to return someday for another great vacation in Port Austin!

This condo matches the owner's description exactly. It is brand new and sparkling clean with three full floors of living space. Four bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a huge rec room. It is located right on the water with a boat slip for access to Lake Huron. You can walk to the town beach and watch the sunset from your second or third floor deck. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances. All linens, towels, and kitchen utensils, new washer/dryer. There is a garage for privacy. You can walk to town shops for your morning paper and coffee. It is a quiet in-town location. You will not be disappointed. It has everything. We highly recommend this condo to anyone.
