Beautiful panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Sound. The sunsets are especially spectacular. This is a very spacious townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
This unit is 2,800 sq. ft. of living area. LARGER than most.
The Owners Suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV mounted on the wall for easy viewing and a private balcony overlooking the water. The Owners Bath has a double vanity with seated makeup area.
The custom designed shower is very large with two shower heads and wide bench for comfortable seating.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. The room is very large with its own private full bath. This room has a TV with a built in DVD player.
The third bedroom has a king size bed and its own full bath. There is also a TV in this bedroom. There is a seated vanity in the bedroom.
The main Family room has two large leather sofas and a large flat screen TV. There is also a DVD player for your movie viewing. This room has a panoramic view of the Santa Rosa Sound. You can watch the sail boats, sunsets and dolphins from here.
The upstairs Family room is very large also and has a game table for your pleasure. There is also a library of books if you want to borrow a read while you enjoy your stay at Sundance.
This family room also offers some privacy if you want to sit and view the water. The large windows offer spectacular sunset views.
The Gourmet Kitchen is amazing. Every convenience you can imagine. Seating at the dining table will accommodate 8. You have your own ice machine to fill your coolers every day or just fix a cocktail in the evening.
Every pot and pan and utensil you can imagine. Beautiful granite countertops with custom cabinetry throughout.
There is an outdoor shower located at the bottom of back stairs. You can wash you feet and any treasures you may have collected. Your own private beach is only 5 steps from your back door. The main deck area overlooks this beach. It is a wonderful way to keep a watchful eye on the kids.
The swimming pool is also located just a few steps from your back door. The owner has provided floats, beach towels, noodles, sand toys, chairs etc. for your enjoyment. The pool has its own furniture and umbrellas.
Bring your fishing poles!!! Your own PRIVATE boat dock with fishing area. You can clean your catch of the day on the dock at the cleaning station. There are wooden benches built in if you want to sit out over the water and watch the sunsets.
You can also bring your own boat or wave runners. You have your own private slip to dock them. Proof of current insurance MUST be provided to dock your boat.
Please note it is only a short 5 minute walk across the street to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is a boardwalk located almost directly across the street from this property to take you there.

My husband I both own our own businesses. This is our dream to have our own beach house. We have so enjoyed watching our nephews and niece grow up here. The memories are priceless. They have grown up now and we would love for you to enjoy this treasure on the water. This is our personal home, it has everything you would expect to feel at home. Relaxation is number one for us. The views truly are panoramic. Watching the sail boat races, the dolphins teaching their babies to feed, the sea gulls and various other birds, it is just the most relaxing thing for us. Within walking distance you can rent bikes, parasail's, boats, wave runners, etc. for your beach enjoyment. Also within walking distance are restaurants with live entertainment.

This was our first time renting a vacation home, and we must thank the owners for making it a great experience! The owners are friendly, professional and very prompt in responding to inquries. The condo is beautifully decorated (even lovlier than the pictures show), impeccably clean, and supplied with everything you could possibly need. The furnishings and kitchen equipment are much nicer than what you would expect in a rental property. We stayed here with 4 adults and 6 children and had more than enough room for everyone. We didn't feel that we were on top of one another at all. I was tasked with selecting a place for all of us to stay and worried that the others might find fault with my choice. Instead, they all raved about the condo and thanked me several times for finding it which made me feel great, but really is a terrific compliment to the owners. The condo is at the very end of the complex which means it is directly on the water with fantastic views. We were able to watch our kids play on the beach and fish from the dock right from the deck and from the upstairs and downstairs living areas. The condo is also steps from the pool area. All in all, this was an ideal getaway and we would recommend this property to anyone. We hope to return one day soon.

Our family recently visited Navarre and stayed at the Sundance. There were six adults and one toddler in our party. The sleeping arrangements were prefect for us and the condo is lovely. There was more than enough room for us, as there is plenty of square footage and the layout is perfect. We enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return to the Sundance next year. The condo is beautifully decorated and is the perfect beachside retreat. All the amenities provided by the owners, the nearby restaurants, and beach access, provided for a truly stress free vacation...even with a 2 year old!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our vacation at Navarre Beach was fantastic, and the accomodations at Sundance were perfect! The location on the sound enabled us to view our own private sunsets each evening (not to mention it looks like a model home.) Also, it was very convenient to the oceanside-just a short walk across the street. We will definitely stay there again!

Great Place! We went with our kids who were thrilled with the pool, the fishing off the dock and being seconds from the waves. We loved the freedom of being able to sit on the balcony if we wanted to chill and still see them. Wonderfully decorated - very nicely kept place. Don't hesitate to book this one you'll love it. We'll be back next year.

My family and I have stayed at this property several times. The condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. There are many restaurants nearby, but it is also wonderful to be able to grill at the condo some evenings and just relax. I love to sit on the deck to eat breakfast and to enjoy the view. I would highly recommend this particular condo as a vacation spot and Navarre Beach is a charming area for a vacation.

This is truly the best unit in Navarre Beach. It is huge, almost 2800 square feet, and luxuriously decorated with gourmet kitchen and widescreen Plasma TV's. With a separate second story sitting room overlooking the gulf, adults have a private quiet get-away from the kids. The deck has a full view of the pool (about 50 feet away) and the sound-side beach so you can monitor the kids while relaxing on your own deck. Being in a townhouse is so much nicer and more convenient than a high rise, with an elevator ride making the trip to-and-from the pool/beach an ordeal. Here you are ten steps from the deck to the pool/beach. The gulf beach is within easy walking distance, but the sound side beach is perfect for little ones, and after one dip in the gulf, we prefer the pool anyway. Navarre Beach itself is the hidden jewel of the panhandle. It is quiet and not overrun with motels and strip malls like Pensacola Beach, Panama City, Destin. We have two neat walking distance restaurants (Cocodrie’s: Cajun/Seafood with huge deck and nightly entertainment) and (Sailors: Home cooling and GREAT breakfast and BAKERY with adjoining thatched-roof Tiki Bar with nightly entertainment and constant beach volley ball). You will love it. Steve

Our family has stayed at this property several times. It is very beautiful and clean with lots of room for our family. Also, with it being right beside the beach, pool and dock its very easy to watch the kids from the back deck.
