Frank Brown park is about a mile away with swimming, baseball, softball, tennis courts, fishing and kids playground, New Ripley Believe It or Not nearby; also near Gulf World and Zoo World; nearby shuttles to Shell Island to swim with the dolphins; Golfing nearby, as well as mini golf for the whole family; go carts and arcades; Ebro Greyhound racing just north on 79.
Located on the gulf close by is the brand new City Pier. Enjoy fishing or just being a spectator in the days catch! Views from one of the longest piers in Northwest Florida are fantastic!
This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed** (SEEING EYE ASSISTED DOGS PERMITTED - DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PER ADA GUIDELINES). ** We do not rent to Singles 25 or under without supervision, in the unit itself. ** However, we will rent to couples that are under 25, who are getting married (valid marriage documentation required) and certain couples without a document of marriage. (SMOKING – if smoking in the unit your credit card can be charged for cleaning out and aerating of the condo)
One night's rate and taxes are required to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express & Discover. With the balance due upon arrival or you can call us to charge your card several times to reduce the amount due at check in or just check in and zip right to the unit.
