This Non-Smoking, three bedroom, 1550 square foot home is very relaxing with its knotty pine interior and park-like setting on the beautiful Sturgeon River. Come in the summer and launch your boat less than half mile away at Burt Lake State Park. You can navigate the over 45 miles of rivers and lakes. You may also go to the Indian River Marina and rent a pontoon boat to travel the chain of lakes. Take the kids swimming in the river in front of the house or at the sandy beach of Burt Lake State Park.

The Sturgeon River offers scenic river trips. You can start at various locations up river and canoe, raft or tube down the river taking in the beautiful views of northern Michigan. You can also spend the day at home, fishing, barbecuing and enjoying the peaceful setting. If you come in the winter we are located within 25 miles of skiing at Nubs Knob or Boyne Highlands in Harbor Springs. The snowmobile trails are right out the door and there is a garage for your sleds.

This vacation home is centrally located within 30 miles of the unique shops and restaurants at Mackinaw City/Island, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Cheboygan, and Gaylord.
