This home has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 media room, 1 game room with PING PONG TABLE, 2 dining rooms, 3 fire places and a HUGE pool. Perfect for lounging around, having a family barbecue, or just a nice get away. Home offers stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook a nice meal, two king beds, one queen bed, three double beds, one futon, game room downstairs with PING PONG TABLE and futon that sleeps 2 people, flat screen televisions with cable, wireless Internet, seating outside , outdoor mini kitchen with refrigerator and sink, outdoor fireplace with television, washer & dryer, outdoor BBQ pit, vaulted ceilings, grass lawn, jacuzzi in master bathroom - huge shower with double shower heads, walls of windows, beautiful stone and wood floors also with a stunning breakfast area with natural sun light.
The master bedroom has a very spacious double headed shower, two walk in closets and his/her vanities. A media room with a screen television and very cozy, deep couch. Formal dining room, also with a breakfast room. Porch outside by the pool with fireplace next to hot tub, a refrigerator and little kitchen area. A spacious backyard that is connected to the pool. This house is beautiful, feels like you are in a tree house. If you want to get the real Austin feel, I suggest this house for you and your family! WE DO HAVE A NO PARTY POLICY.
