Cedar Hammock Golf & Country Club in Naples offers golfers one of the finest championship layouts in southwest Florida. Nestled among towering pines and cypress trees and bordered by pristine lakes, Cedar Hammock is among more than 25 golf courses in Florida that have been laid out by noted golf architects Jed Azinger and Gordon Lewis. The Championship golf course features 6,834-yard, par 72 course lies within a community of homes where more than 50 percent of the site has been dedicated to wildlife corridors, lakes, and wetlands. This environmentally friendly course provides a serene and natural environment for the golfer, but also presents great challenges particularly for those playing from the back tees who face many water hazards. The course also features an aqua driving range, a putting & chipping practice green, and complete pro shop.
The beautifully furnished fourth story Brookside overlooks a lake, nature preserve, and the 2nd hole. The condo features 1232 sq. ft., with storage closet, and 1 screened Lanai. This tastefully decorated end unit offers lots of Florida's natural sunlight with windows in each room. The Master Suite features a king bed, private bath with walk-in closet.
The guest room has two twin beds and another bath with shower/tub combo. My husband and I are married for 19 years and enjoy the beach, so we decided 8 years ago to purchase a property we could visit on vacation and rent out the rest of the year. We choose Naples Florida because it has beautiful sunsets along the west coast of Florida. Downtown Naples is newly remodeled and features wonderful cafes, restaurants, galleries, and boutiques.

The property is located in a gated community with premier gated and guarded golf and tennis communities. The community includes 3 pools, a hot tub, numerous tennis courts, and a fitness center. The club house offers formal and casual dining, and complete pool side bar and restaurant. You are a short drive from the pristine beaches of Marco Island and Naples. Down town Naples offers you the Philharmonic Center for the Arts, local museums and art galleries. Wonderful Shopping and dining.
