Live the life in this historic, beautifully decorated, and clean, 3 bedroom home in Rye, NH (a short 10 minute drive to downtown Portsmouth), with a huge room over the garage for sleeping and play; the home can accommodate 10 people comfortably. 1 mile from the ocean, let the soothing sounds of the nearby buoys or comforting waves, whisk you off to sleep. The home is furnished with a kitchen stocked full of essentials for easy living. The living room holds a piano and other musical instruments if your family and friends choose to provide some live entertainment. Portable air conditioners are available.
Each bedroom has either a queen or double bed, with the 4th bedroom/playroom over the garage having 2 single beds, 1 queen sized bed, a queen-sized pull-out couch, TV and board games for hours of fun! The master bedroom has its own private bath with another full bath on the 2nd floor to accommodate the other 2 bedrooms. A half bath can be found on the main floor for convenience. The laundry is on the main floor with a second washer/dryer in the basement for sandy/dirty/beach items.
The beautifully tiled and modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, oven/stove that looks out over the back yard. All the essentials are provided for easy and convenient living; everything and 'the kitchen sink' is provided here! The extra fridge in the garage assists with food or drink overflow!
A gas BBQ sits on the back porch for you to cook your summer cravings. A soothing 6 person hot tub is also available for you to warm-up after a surf in the ocean, a wade in the shallows, or to star gaze during the summer night! A firepit is located in the backyard for evening gatherings and to use your creativity for a new recipe of 'smores'!

I have lived in the Seacoast area for 13 years and have fallen in love with the quaintness that the New England coast offers. Each little village and town, beach and mountain, brings exciting adventure within an hour during all seasons!
The Unique Benefits at this House
This house is comfortable for families who want a relaxing, family vacation or to spend some time reuniting with family and friends. The home allows for easy movement from room to room. In addition, the kids can have their own room while the adults spend time in their own room too! The yard allows the children to safely play in the yard and the adults relax on the deck. Put up a volleyball net, play some crochet, throw the ball, frisbee or just lie in the hammock...the yard is great for all these activities! I have highlighted many local sites on the map that accompanies this rental property. Of course, the excitement of the beaches, the mountains and the ability to go to Boston to see the Red Sox play at the original Fenway Stadium, combined with a walking tour in the historical district of Boston Commons, just make your visit complete.

Pease Golf Course is always a pleasant experience no matter what your handicap is. Course sits next to Pease Air Force Base so if you are unhappy with your game, watch the planes coming and going!
This public beach at the end of Washington Rd. allows for parking right on Ocean Rd. Climb over the rock barrier for a very private beach that is frequented by locals.
