There are 3 bedrooms and 4 baths with each bedroom having a private bath for added convenience. You will not find better views unless you are directly on the beach. This beautiful vacation home is located on the west end of 30A within a 3 minute drive to Sandestin and a 5 minute drive to Seaside.

This vacation rental sits directly on a coastal lake with a private dock and less than 100 yards from the beach. You have phenomenal views from every room in the home. Lilly pad boasts 3 large porches to capture the unbelievable views.

Lilly pad is located within 100 yards of Stinky's Fish Camp and Lake Place Restaurant. You have your own private dock which is perfect for fishing, kayaking, or swimming in the lake. The house comes with a kayak, bikes, and fishing rods for your enjoyment. There is also a gas grill on the porch so you can enjoy the views while grilling hamburgers. This vacation home was completely remodeled in 2009 and all furnishings are brand new.

The home was professionally decorated by a local design company with high end beach decor. The home features hardwood flooring, granite throughout, new appliances, all new linens and bedding, etc... You will not find a better 30A beach rental in this price range.

  • Our family enjoyed the "Lily Pad". It was perfect since my husband loves fishing. He got up early every morning to fish. The kids even loved to fish when they got bored with the beach. It was great to go bike riding to the Smiling Fish Cafe for lunch. The beach access was convinent as well. I only wish there was two king size beds instead of one. We will rent again.

  • Our family had a wonderful time during our recent week stay at Lilly Pad. It is a beautifully decorated and spacious home with stunning views of the lake and gulf from the many windows and balcony's. We felt we had the best of both worlds. Stinky's Fish Camp and the Lake Place Restaurant, literally just a few steps away, were excellent and so convenient. We loved riding the bikes provided at the home on the wonderful trails in the area and appreciated all the beach gear, nice chairs, umbrella, etc. made available to us for enjoying beautiful Santa Rosa beach. We hope to return!

  • Our family recently spent a week at Lilly Pad and had a wonderful time in this beautifully furnished home. It was perfect for us. The beach across the street, the lake right behind the house, you feel that the house is on the water, looking out all the many windows. Santa Rosa Beach is so convenient to Destin,but so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed all the beach gear that was available to us, the umbrella,chairs, bikes rafts etc. We will be back again! Loved it!
