First floor has a living room with queen sofa bed, dining room with extension table, open kitchen with eating area and a two story Great room.
First floor Master with Queen bed, private bath, cable TV, and direct access to the pool. Adjacent is a twin bedroom with private bath. The second floor Gallery landing comprises of the Master bedroom with king size bed, cable TV, en-suite luxury bathroom with soaking tub, his and hers vanity basins, separate WC. and large walk in shower.
There are a further two twin bedrooms, both with cable TV, which share a bathroom . The unique loft area is a great space for kids & grown ups alike, with a comfortable sofa you can relax, watch TV 25' cable or should the mood take play games on the Playstation 2. The screen pool area has a large lanai with jacuzzi/spa, child safety fence and shower.
New game room has been added including air hockey, shuffle bowling and a full size slate pool table. You will also find a washer and dryer, full linens, over sized bath towels, beach towels. High chair, 2 Pack 'n 'plays, gate, bed side rails, and child monitors.
