The condo has 3 levels. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 bunk beds. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Our unit is furnished for your comfort and has a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area includes a large table that can seat the entire family plus a breakfast bar for a morning cup of coffee. There is a lovely view of Byers Peak from the deck and living room which can be enjoyed while sitting in front of the woodburning fireplace.

The condo is equipped with free broadband internet, Wi-Fi, and telephones with free long distance calls. There is a 37" LCD TV in the living room with a DVD player, and a media player that allows you to watch online Netflix DVDs for free. There are two 25" LCD TVs in the bedrooms. Working spaces are available in the bedrooms if you use the two LCD TVs as computer monitors. A PC computer with webcamera and laser printer is provided in the loft bedroom. The space can be comfortably used as a small office for long term renters.

Meadowridge Resort is located in Fraser, 2 miles from Winter Park. Ski, swim, hike, bike and then walk to the clubhouse to relax. The clubhouse is 3 miniutes away. It has a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, racquetball courts, table tennis, steam room, a large fitness/weight room with spectacular mountain views, and outdoor tennis courts. There is also a large laundry room at the clubhouse. Free shuttle to downtown and ski area.
