  Let me start off by saying the resort itself is a very short drive to the park, grocery store, and several chill local eateries. The gym and camera surveillance in the resort parking garage and around the pools & elevators gave off vibes of safe coziness. Something as simple and seemingly insignificant as key-less entry off the street and beach into the resort, as well as the rooms, was a nice perk. In addition to the two pools & hot tubs, the gym was also well-maintained and open as often as one could ask. Albeit Panama City Beach, Seychelles is an incredibly clean resort that, admittedly at times, feels entirely secluded from college spring break trashiness; though if you're looking for such, it's never too far of a walk to a handful of solid clubs. This property specifically was the perfect size for our group of guys (6). Although the listing does say there is room for 6 to sleep, we figured this would be exclusive to Japanese schoolgirls and that we would be out of luck. Fortunately, even hosting a few extra house guests one night went soundly, as everyone was able to find a bed to crash on. Of course everyone has experienced a good beachfront property at one point or another. That said, this view is masterful. Without making this condo review sound like commentary on the human condition, the ability to look out every morning 50 miles to the sea is pretty dope/ humbling. The property's entertainment system and kitchen appliances are all updated and run wonderfully. The place features a balanced mesh of beach themage without coming off tacky, something far too many beach properties miss the mark on. Overall, an excellent experience that I would recommend to visitors of all ages and groups of any size.

  This is our 4th year staying in this condo and WE LOVE IT!!! Our kids also love the condo and location as much as we do. The owner has everything we need at the condo, so we don't have to bring anything extra. The beds are very comfortable and the furniture is up to date with fun beach colors. Our kids love that we can rent jet skies or go parasailing on the beach in front of the condo. Schooners is also right next door so if we want to grab lunch we don't have to drive or change out of our swim suits. They also have a cannon there which is set off everyday at sunset! The price for this condo is better than any other condo on the beach for all that we get. The condo is always clean when we arrive. We also love that there is a washer and dryer in the condo, very nice for a family of 4. There 2 pools and hot tub which are always kept clean. The balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean. You can watch the ships coming in from afar and see the sea life in during sunrise and at night during sunset. Next year my son will be graduating from high school and he is already requesting us to allow him to come down for his senior after graduation trip. We feel like this is our personal vacation home and are treated that way by the owner as well. I can't imagine staying at any other location in Panama City Beach. I hope in the years to come our children can bring their children here as well.

  This is our 3rd year staying in one of Sukaina's condos. She is a wonderful owner, very easy to work with & cares about her guest! I have never been so impressed by any other owner we have rented from in the past, and that is why we come back to her year after year. Her staff is very friendly as well. We highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to visit PCB. The condo is always very, very clean! It is tastefully decorated in a beach theme decor. Since our stay last year she did get new furniture, which I completely fell in love with! The couch/sofa bed was so comfortable to sit, relax and sleep on. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the bedroom closet. The couch & chairs are made of a soft leather type material so its easy to wipe off any sand that is tracked into the condo. There are enough towels for a family of 6 to use as well. The kitchen is fully equipped & should have everything one would need for a vacation stay. It is on the 20th floor & the view is breath taking!!! There is a small table w/ 4 chairs on the patio as well as 2 Adirondack chairs to sit back & enjoy the wind & smell of the ocean. The view is perfect for a romantic sunset dinner on the patio. Condo has beach chairs & an umbrella. Also had things for the kids like fish nets, sand toys, a football to toss on the beach and boggie boards. There are different toys depending on which condo you stay. The condo is on the beach so within a few steps your feet will be hugged by the white soft sugar sand. You are steps away from PCB famous Schooners restaurant. They have a live band every night and the food is amazing! At night we would swim in the pool and listen to the music from Schooners. It is also less than a mile from St. Andrews State Park which is a great place to go fishing and swim. The condo is close to everything that PCB has to offer yet still far enough away to feel like you are on your own private beach! This year we got to see a big sea turtle on the beach! In the morning the dolphin's can be seen playing in the morning sun rays. The blue and green waters are breath taking. There is 2 pools and a hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the Florida sun. I highly recommend booking this condo. You can spend hours looking around for another condo but why bother when this has it all! I hope you too can experience all the fun and adventure that our family has enjoyed over the past 3 years at PCB.

  This was a perfect condo for a family of 6. It was nicely decorated and very clean. It was in a very nice location as you walk out of the condo you go directly to the beach which was very nice. Sitting on the balcony in the mornings you could see the dolphins swimming.The people were very friendly, restaurants that we chose to eat at were very good. There was alot of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. At night it was very peaceful, not alot of noise from units surrounding this condo. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing week on the beach. Love this place. Cheryl

  My family and I stayed here from 7/11/12- 7/15/12 and had a wonderful time. Everything exceeded expectations. We were very pleased with the cheerful and beachy decor! The condo was stocked with plenty of towels and amendities. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Schooners was next door so we didn't have to go far to get food.   This was our first family trip to Florida, and I wasn't really sure what to expect. I emailed about the property and was given a prompt response and very detailed information which pleasantly surprised me. I paid our deposit via paypal which was convenient.  We were able to find the parking garage relatively easily given the directions and found the condo exactly as described.  We arrived a little late and after being in a car for 9 and a half hours all the kids wanted to do was hit the beach, which we did.  We were called and asked if everything was ok and it was. We made arrangements to pay the rent and it was collected as arranged.  The view from the condo balcony was absolutely gorgeous and the location is great.  The decor of the condo was pretty and fun. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of towels for a family of 5 and the washing machine was well used. We had some minor technical difficulties with the tv the first night but that was figured out rather quickly.  Since there are 5 of us, we used the pull out sofa as well as the bunk beds. My only complaint would be that there weren't any linens or extra blankets for the sofa. Luckily we had brought a blanket and pillows.   There were beach chairs, which we took down and didn't really use.  But I would have to say the biggest hits were the wake board and boogie board that were in the closet. They were well used!   This was an absolutely wonderful vacation.  I would definitely recommend this property and hope to go back soon!

  i really love this hotel and we stayed in it last year and had a wonderful experience. this year i was dissapointed. we had a dirty condo when we arrived and so did the other room that we contracted out in the same hotel. food under beds and in couches. dirty wet clothes found in pull out couch. towels hadn't been washed just refolded and hung up. the beds were awful our backs hurt everynight and woke up with headaches. i just don't understand what went wrong seeing as last year was so great! manager was very friendly in the beginning and when i had complaints he didn't care. said it was the cleaning service fault and we should of called him. i did call him and send emails he says he didn't recieve them until the end of the week and he had poor phone service. not our fault you didn't recieve either i still tried. plus im not going to call the cleaning service when i didn't pay them the money for the condo and i still wanted him to be aware of the problems! but in the end this is a great hotel. and maybe in the future they will fix the problems and it be what it was before!

  Owner response: I have changed the manager that you had complaints with.I have taken over the management myself.your stay before last was directly through me. Although i did not get too many complaints about this manager, i dont want any of my guests to feel unhappy .i being the owner of the condos will directly take care of my places from now on. I did hear the managers version of the story,which stated that the guests on the last day of their stay wanted a discount of $500 or so.He did go to the condo to collect the rent on the second or third day of the arrival of the guests but did not hear any complaints from them.also the phone #s of the manager and the cleaners is taped up on the refrigerator with instructions to call them right away if there is a problem.   We arrived after the office had closed but we were able to check it on the phone with Dennis. A few minor problems (missing items, light bulbs out) were taken care of promptly. I feel the master bedroom could use a dresser for long stays so you don't have to live out of the suitcase. Other than that we had a very nice time.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.
