Our beautiful condo is at the heart of Denver’s LoDo (Lower Downtown Entertainment District). We are literally centered in the LoDo and steps away from every major activity location. Walk to Everything in Downtown Denver: 2 blocks to the Convention Center, 1 block to the 16th St. Walking Mall of first class retail shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and other entertainment.
We are next to the Denver Center of Performing Arts for Broadway/Ballet/Opera shows, The Comedy Works and Clock Tower Cabaret. The State Capital, Sport stadiums (Broncos, Nuggets, Avalanche, and the Rockies), Pepsi Center, Concerts, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, Movies, Museums, Aquarium, 6 Flags Elitch Gardens, Golf, Union Station & Ski Train thru the Rocky Mountains and Colleges, are all in walking distance. This is the perfect location for a wonderful winter and summer activity city.

The Master bedroom has a tall feather top queen-size bed, includes plenty of closet and dresser drawer space.
The living room couchs, love seats and chairs provide pit style seating to enjoy the spectacular views, even with leather recliner seats. Our spacious deck also has patio furniture to enjoy your meals in the fresh mountain air. There is a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with Granite countertops, under-mount sinks, cherry cabinetry, cookware and flatware. Beautifully built out bathroom with cherry cabinets, granite tile and travertine bath with full glass shower enclosure.
Amenities include high speed wired and wireless secure internet, Direct TV with HBO, exercise room, rare roof deck full length outdoor swimming pool, laundry room, conference room and large residents room with kitchen for events. Secured building access with 24 hour concierge desk, guest services, in building stores, and attached restaurants, and attached parking.
This is a non-smoking condominium in a true “downtown” location! There is a terrific bar, four restaurants, well stocked convenience store unisex salon and art gallery located all right around our location. We have garage parking in the building with elevator access. Our condo is ideal for anyone who enjoys the convenience of downtown living for events, visits or vacations.
The condo is conveniently located off Highway 25 Auraria exit (northbound) and Speer (Southbound). Airport shuttles bring you right to our front door. Denver Metro Light Rail is 2 blocks from our building. The Light Rail accesses every part of the Denver Metro Area.

I really enjoyed my stay on the 12th floor of the Brooks Tower. The unit was very clean with newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The owners have thought ahead and provided plenty of towels and extra bedding for a 3rd guest on the pull out couch. The condo includes direct TV and Free Parking in a secured garage, which is hard to come by. The Tower also has 24 hour front desk, secured key pass entry to the building. There is a pool for your enjoyment as well as a billiards room.
Located in the heart of downtown Denver, the condo has a great view of the city, including the Downtown Aquarium and Elitch Gardens Theme Park. You are one block from the Performing Arts Center in one direction and in the other direction you are one block from 16th Street Mall with all of the restaurants, shops and clubs right within walking distance. There is even a free bus that runs up and down 16th Street Mall to take you to the shops that you may feel a bit far to walk to. I walked to Coors Field to watch the Rockies play ball and then just a short drive away is Sports Authority Field at Mile High which of course is the home to the Denver Broncos.

Our condo is in the absolute center of Denver's Lower Downtown (LoDo). We bought on the 34th floor and from our patio there is a panoramic view of the city and mountains. The building has a 24 our front desk and onsite parking. We are in the heart of Denver's best activities. The best activities are within one block of our condo.

24 hour fitness center, onsite parking, restaurants on the ground floor of our building. There is even a 7/11 convenience store accessible from inside our building. Within 2 blocks are the Denver Convention Center, the Denver Center for the performing arts, the 16th Street Mall, Cherry Creek running path, the free mall shuttle and so many other activities
1 block to the Walking Mall and free shuttle bus that run every 3 minutes

From the parks to running/biking paths to the 16th Street Walking Mall and the incredible nightlife or restaurants we've tried it all. Of all the cities we've lived in or visited Denver seems to have the most to offer in the safest environment.

Fabulous location, fabulous condo, fabulous owner. Everything was perfect. Very comfortable. Lovely accommodations. If you wish to be downtown close to everything and have a wonderful retreat, this is the place!

We so enjoyed our stay at the condo on the 12th floor. What a great location - close to everything so you can walk to great restaurants, theatres, night-life and shopping. The bed was comfy (even the sofa bed) and the kitchen was well stocked. Having the 7-eleven in the building was great for convenience and the parking garage was a huge plus. I can't wait to go back!

The condo is a great place to stay for those who enjoy walking in downtown. There is so much to see and do at the 15th Street Mall! Loved the mountain views from the large balcony windows. The owner is very accommodating and flexible and always responded quickly to our concerns. Definitely recommend!
