Our beautiful condo is at the heart of Denver’s LoDo (Lower Downtown Entertainment District). We are literally centered in the LoDo and steps away from every major activity location. Walk to Everything in Downtown Denver: 2 blocks to the Convention Center, 1 block to the 16th St. Walking Mall of first class retail shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and other entertainment.
We are next to the Denver Center of Performing Arts for Broadway/Ballet/Opera shows, The Comedy Works and Clock Tower Cabaret. The State Capital, Sport stadiums (Broncos, Nuggets, Avalanche, and the Rockies), Pepsi Center, Concerts, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, Movies, Museums, Aquarium, 6 Flags Elitch Gardens, Golf, Union Station & Ski Train thru the Rocky Mountains and Colleges, are all in walking distance. Our condo is in the absolute center of Denver's Lower Downtown (LoDo). We bought on the 34th floor and from our patio there is a panoramic view of the city and mountains. The building has a 24 our front desk and onsite parking. We are in the heart of Denver's best activities. The best activities are within one block of our condo.

24 hour fitness center, onsite parking, restaurants on the ground floor of our building. There is even a 7/11 convenience store accessible from inside our building. Within 2 blocks are the Denver Convention Center, the Denver Center for the performing arts, the 16th Street Mall, Cherry Creek running path, the free mall shuttle and so many other activities

We truly enjoy the downtown experience. There is so much to enjoy in Downtown Denver and we take advantage of it all. From the parks to running/biking paths to the 16th Street Walking Mall and the incredible nightlife or restaurants we've tried it all. Of all the cities we've lived in or visited Denver seems to have the most to offer in the safest environment.
