The house is situated directly on the ocean with a beach view of South Shore and Goose Wing Beach which is just a two minute walk away. The large yard can accommodate many summer time activities and the outdoor brick fireplace can double as a charcoal grill. The interior is upscale beach-y, with many light colors on the walls and furnishings that lend itself to a soothing atmosphere.
The center of town is just 5 minutes away and features, several churches, a general store, library, country restaurant, pizza/sub shop, a couple banks, a large playground, tennis and basketball courts.
