  My family of 4 and my brother's family of 4 stayed here for 2 weeks and just loved it. Everything was perfect. I am a "clean freak" and believe me, it is spotless!!! The 4 kids and 4 adults all felt right at home immediately. Amy has done such a wonderful job in decorating her vacation home. We admired her decor the entire time. The layout (with the 2 master bedrooms/baths) is perfect for 2 families. The location is fabulous - minutes from Disney and so close to everything else (outlets, restaurants, etc.). However, you don't need to go anywhere because everything you need is right there. She even provides some DVDs, board games, and pool toys. Amy was wonderful to work with. She is so kind and helpful and is extremely prompt in returning e-mails, etc. I would highly recommend her vacation home to anyone and whenever I return to Florida, I will definitely stay here again.   We recently spent one week in this home and it was great. The home was everything as advertise: convenient to Disney and amenities, clean, spacious for 2 families with 4 children total. Moreover the owners were great to deal with from start to finish. We thought we'd left a toy behind and they went out of their way to look for it with the new tenants and the cleaners. It was a good price for the area, everything worked as expected with the pool, WiFi, appliances and we were super comfortable. We would recommend it and hope to stay here again.

  This was our first time renting a vacation home and we were completely impressed! The house is gorgeous, well furnished, clean, and very spacious. This was so much better than staying renting two hotel rooms instead. It was great to have a complete house with room to spread out and relax after 4 long days at Disney. The pool and hot tub sure helped too. I would recommend this property to anyone and will look for it again next time we head back for another vacation in the area.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  I highly recommend staying at this house. From the moment we walked in we loved it. So clean, and nicely decorated. You can tell the home is well taken care of. Amy was very nice to work with and was always quick to respond to my questions. We had a slight issue with the pool, but the management company came right away to address it. I'm not exaggerating when I say I made the call and 3 minutes later they were knocking on the front door. Great customer service. I would definitely stay here again. We had a great vacation! Thank you Amy!!

  Have never rented a house for a vacation before, but would definitely do it again! So glad I found Amy's home. Just as nice as the pictures show and a great location for parks, shopping and dining! Kids, mom, and husband and I had plenty of room to spread out. Amy was absolutely amazing in getting back to me or even calling to answer all of my questions. Our return flight home was delayed several hours due to hurricane sandy, Amy called me and said she had already spoken to the cleaning lady and asked her not to go to the house that day until we had left. She let us stay beyond our allowed time no questions, and we would have been stuck if we had chose to stay in a hotel. Thank you Amy and will surely recommend your home to anyone visiting your area!!

  WONDERFUL HOME!!!! My husband and I traveled with another couple to Orlando to have a great time in Disney World. The house was soooo clean and furnished with many extras that made the stay even much more enjoyable. We had an awesome time at Disney but it was also fun to relax at the end of the day in the pool, or playing games in the game room. We plan on making this a yearly trip for all of us and will definitely stay at this home. Amy was nice, honest, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I will recommend this home to all my friends and family. THANKS!

  This review is long overdue, so my apologies to Amy. Firstly a word or two about us. We are not ultra-fussy people - the kind that the best hotels couldn't satisfy, but we have expectations that the advertising is accurate, we want things to work, room to spread out, hot water, comfortable beds (I have lower back problems), nice bathrooms anda functional kitchen. After all we are spending a lot of $$ on our vacation. We don't expect perfection. If we wanted everything a certain way, we would stay at home. Now saying that does not mean that our expectations are substandard. Far from it. I grew up with having things pristine and well-ordered and maintained. So let me sum up my ramble. This property is not the Ritz Carlton nor would we want it to be. We wanted a super house to rent for a week, and we got even more than we expected - an Exceptional house - 5 Stars all the way! My family of 5 and friends (a family of 3) really enjoyed your property. It was exactly as pictured in the ad and lived up to all of the positive reviews. I remember stumbling upon this property and thought it was too good to be true. Let me assure you that everything met our expectations and more. The house is clean, modern and well cared for. Sometimes you worry whether comments are genuine or that pictures are outdated. Again everything was as expected. The house had ample space for the 8 of us, and room for I think 2 more. It is close to shopping and restaurants (a vehicle is still needed - not walking distance) and close to all of the Disney attractions, and close enough to Universal Studios, Legoland, Gatorland and Outlet Mall shopping. I really can't say enough about the property. Topping it all off was dealing with Amy. You can tell that this property means a lot to her personally and that she takes the time needed to make the whole experience wonderful. We had questions while we were looking for a place and even during our stay. She answered them promptly & proffesionally. The kids especially loved the pool, but our days were usually so busy that we had little time left over for a relaxing soak. We would definitely rent this home again, and would not hesitate recommending to anyone. I am always skeptical of reviews like this, but I can assure you that they are legitimate.   My family and me have spent 10 days at this beautiful place . my 3 children have a great time using the pool and the play area .we have liked the way the owners has paid attention to the little detailes who made our life easy and very comftuble .i defneatly visit theire again . Avi agam fosfos.

  This was our first family trip to Disney and after renting this home, I have no idea why anyone would want to stay in a resort or hotel room. It was so much less expensive than staying on site, even when you factor in groceries,car rental, gas and parking fees. We had a lot of rain ( thank you tropical storm Deby ) but having the house to come back to, spread out and dry off made all the difference in the world...would have been miserable stuffed in a hotel room without a clothes dryer. My husband did not believe all the great reviews and was looking for faults all week - he was actually excited when the wi-fi went down but then maintanence showed up to fix it before we could even report it :) Beautiful home, GREAT location, Awesome stay. Pool and Spa heating is optional but recommended during winter months (October-May).

Also includes use of a BBQ free of charge as long as it is kept cleaned.

Free WIFI high speed Internet access also included.

Free local and long distance calls within North America.

$300 deposit needed to reserve the dates. (Will be used as your refundable security deposit)

Balance due in full 45 days before arrival.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Easter (4/16-4/22), 4th of July Week (7/1-7/7), Labor Day WE (8/30-9/2), Thanksgiving (11/27-12/1), Christmas (12/21-1/4) : $145 per night

Pool and Spa Heating: $25 per night

Spa Heating only: $15 per night

One time cleaning fee: $95

13% Florida tax added to total fee.
