In a magical, tranquil riverfront location, Amazing Place (~1360sf) is a remodeled, contemporary wood-and-glass open plan home featuring an art collection, fine rugs, and lovely paint treatments. Art collection, Wood-Stove, Central Heat, Skylights, Solarium with Great River and Mountain Views. Outdoor Dining, Grill, Hot Tub on Deck. Large greenbelt lawn between house and river. Path across greenbelt to shared river access; Kayaks. WIFI. Keyless Entry.
On the first level, the living room has a dining area. The kitchen, sun room, and one bedroom with its own bathroom open from the living room. On the second level up a flight of steps, there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The front door and sun room both open to the wrap-around deck, outdoor dining, and hot tub. The rear yard has a large lawn, and there's a path to the river.

'Relaxing weekend on the Russian River.' 5 of 5 (Stars)
July 9, 2012: We took my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law to the Russian River for my Mother-in-laws birthday. The house is wonderful and has everything that you will need to have a relaxing stay. It is easy to find and close by Duncans Mills and not a too far drive to Guernville, so if you forget something it will be easy to pick up. The lowest temps of the season were going on while we were there. I will have to say it is more enjoyable at the Russian River when it is warmer, but that was not something that could be controlled. The rooms were nice and very clean. This was the cleanest rental house I have ever stayed in. If you have allergies or you are worried about dust from old couches bring a blanket from home to cover the couches with because they are quit old. The only negative that I would have to say about the house is we could not get the wood stove to work properly. The damper does not seem to work correctly (or it is too difficult to operate) and smoke flows into the house. This is one of the best houses that you can stay at on the Russian River. Very nice over all.

I just booked "The amazing Place" for a get away in June, so far the registration company has been more than fabulous and helpful. I am a person who always asks for above and beyond and they certainly have been helpful not to mention very courteous and professional. We are so looking forward to staying here!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners.

We really enjoyed our stay there. We had 8 people, Grandma and Grandpa, Dad & Mom, 4 grown kids. We had a great time kayaking, swimming, cooking, relaxing. Wonderful place right on the river. Beautiful dawn fog lifts with white cranes landing on the river. Just very serene. Nice neighbors, great hiking and jogging. We'll be going back in the near future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
