Nicely furnished 3 bedroom (king, 4 queens & a queen sofa bed) & 3 full bath condo at Boyne Mountain in Michigan's beautiful north. The Odawa casino is 20 minutes away & shuttle service is available. On premises Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark - With over 88,000 sq. ft. of aquatic adventures featuring tube slides, mat racers, waterfalls, climbing walls & the 'Rip Zone' a surfing simulator. The is a large Arcade located at the Moutain Grand Lodge. The Solace Spa is located at the mountain Grand Lodge with pools, hot tubs, massage therapy, workout facility and more.
Winter: Condo is located at the bottom of the mountain a short walk to the ski lift. You can easily ski back to the condo for lunch or at the end of the day. Cross country skiing is available. The Jacuzzi & pool which is heated & located at the base of the mountain is open during ski season. It is a great experience to sit in the pool or Jacuzzi - outside- while it snows. There is a tubing hill, The Mountain Grand Lodge & indoor water park all within walking distance. Boyne Highlands & Nubs Knob skiing is a short drive away. Skiing and boarding fun is just a short walk from the condo, and sledding, tubing, ice skating and cross country skiing is located close by. Although not located on the property, there are miles of snowmobile trails a short drive away.
Summer: Eight great golf courses with 162 spectacular holes. Other summer activities like hiking, biking and tennis are also available. Use the condo as a base to visit Petoskey, Mackinac Island, Traverse City, Bay Harbor or Charlevoix, or just sight see in the great north. Petoskey is 25 minutes from the condo, has great shopping, good restaurants and a casino.
Amenities: The unit has 3 full bedrooms, a complete kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes and silverware), fireplace, TV, air conditioning and a deck with a beautiful view. The loft bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private full bath, the main floor bedroom also has 2 queen beds and a full bath and the master bedroom has a king bed, TV and a whirlpool bath.
Linens are provided, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is a non-smoking unit, pet free and kept clean.

This is a picture of my wife Debbie and I. I'm a semi retired builder. We enjoy the large variety of activities there are to do at the Boyne resorts, Boyne City, Petosky and Gaylord
Why the Owner Chose Boyne Falls
After many trips up to Northern Michigan for the past 30 years it made sense for us to get a place up here. I like to golf, ski, play some blackjack, eat and spend time with my family and freinds in this scenic part of our state.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Its alot easier walking to the chairlift from our condo rather than hauling all or gear from motels in the area. Likewise when golfing I'm only 5 minutes away from the clubhouse. I can also spend time hiking, bike riding and swiming at the Boyne Resort. The Avalance Bay Water Park and Solace Spa are within the Boyne resort. There are also several resturants on site or within 20 minutes away in Boyne City, Petosky or Gaylord. The Odawa Casino is only 20 minutes away.

This condo is fabulous. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. This place is very well equiped and spacious. The condo was very clean and well maintained. A very comfortable place to stay. We felt very at home here. The Boyne Mountain resort offered plenty to do. We really enjoyed the zip line and the beach at Deer Lake.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We stayed here for a summer visit with my cousins from Canada. Very nice accomodation. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds! Liked the beautiful trees outside our windows. There is so much to see and do in this part of Michigan. We especially like going to Aten Place for a concert in the barn. Lots of yummy eating places.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The condo was great for our weekend - we had several couples and were very comfortable in the condo. The back deck was perfect for coolers and the appliances were nice in the kitchen. We cooked every meal and found all the needed items. The coffee maker is very slow - if you want a speedy cup, bring your own. The three bathrooms made it nice for everyone to get ready for the day without worry. The condo is located in Deciples Villiage at the bottom of Deciples lift - that lift only runs until 4:30p - but easy for ski back for lunch. We drove to the main resort each day as we rented equipment and needed quick access to shoes, etc. Would reccomend for winter weekend get away and ski weekend with friends!! Very nice beds, nicely stocked with linens, extra blankets and pillows. Will rent again!!! Thank you!!!

This condo was fantastic and very reasonably priced. It was clean and was stocked with everything one would need. This was a family vacation with my mom, my sister with her two young kids, myself and my three teenagers. We all had a great time. The waterpark was awesome as we enjoyed it because it rained for some days. After the rain left, we enjoyed swimming in crystal clear waters at nearby Deer Lake. There are ample opportunities to fish, swim, jet ski, boating, tennis, biking or hanging out at the pool. I would recommend this property to all my friends. The owners are very cordial and our transaction was very smooth. We had a fantastic time at Boyne Falls.
