The room and facility was perfect for my three kids and myself. It is close enough to Pier Park that I walked to it, and has many other nearby options. Everything was clean and well kept. The staff at the facility were very courteous and helpful. The only downfall to the experience was going at the time we did, none of the pools were heated up yet, but the wonderful beach gave us all the sun, sand and water we needed. I rented directly from the owner and they were more than helpful in everything. I would highly recommend this room and facility to anyone.

This condo was great! The owner is very nice and easy to work with and very sweet! I would definately recommend this condo to anyone else. The view from the balcony was spectactular and the pools were a pleasant temperature, my daughters favorite pool was the kiddy pool, of course! I just wish it would have been closer to the beach, they have 3 pools...there is a beachfront pool but it is closer suited to people who can swim or are tall enough. If you are looking for a great condo at a great price then look no further, cause this is it! If you are trying to decide between a couple different condos I would definately pick this one!

My husband and I stayed for a week, during October, in this remarkable condo. Everything about the condo was perfect. The furnishing, decorations, and views were spectacular. The owner went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. You cannot beat the location of this resort. It is close to Pier Park and on a beautiful stretch of beach. You will not be disappointed with this condo.
