Located in the quaint town of North Topsail Beach, in The Village of Stump Sound living community, is a comfortably modern vacation home, completed in May, 2003. It has a beautiful ocean view and accessibility to beach,(less then 75 yards to ocean)and the clubhouse pool and tennis courts, which are only a short distance away.

Spacious, master bedroom has sliding glass doors, with Queen size bed and private full bath, plus two additional rooms, second bedroom has a double bed and with sliding glass doors which open to a screened in porch and a beautiful view of the Stump Sound community. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a view of the Intercoastal Water way. There is an additional full bath, which is located on the first floor.

The second Master bedroom with Queen size bed and private bath is adjacent to the open Kitchen, Dinning and Living room areas, which are accented with a calming ocean view from sliding glass doors and windows. This Oceanside vacation home accommodates 8 to 10, and can be your North Topsail Beach vacation destination. Please view the renters calender to see if your ideal week is available. Rentals are from Saturday (check-in 4:00PM ) to the following Saturday (check-out 11:00 AM).

Off season  (Jan 01- April 2) .. $1000/week plus cleaning and taxes
Mid season  (April 2-May 27) .. $1250/week plus cleaning and taxes
Peak season (May 27-Sep 10) .. $1550/week plus cleaning and taxes
Mid season  (Sep 10- Nov 19) .. $1250/week plus cleaning and taxes
Off season  (Nov 19 -Dec 31) .. $1000/week plus cleaning and taxes
Prior to renting all renters are required to sign a rental contract agreement
plus provide a security deposit of $200.00 plus one half of the rental
fee, and applicable taxes (3%) town ( 7%) state, as stated in the contract.
