  We stayed over Christmas and New Years in this apartment. Ben came and met us at the Metro station as there was a mix up and was very kind about it. He took us to the room and gave us great advice about everything we needed in the area. One small issue with the water was fixed instantly and was always contactable by phone throughout the stay even with it being the christmas period. Apartment is in an awesome location, just out of the mayhem of times sq and Rockerfeller but perfectly positioned for all NY travellers. Madison Sq Garden is right across the street. I would DEFINITELY recommend the apartment and the service that comes with it. Rooms are quite good and the living area is great. From what other apartments I have seen in NY this one is spacious and at the price is great value. Only problem is............... we had to leave! Thank you Ben for a problem free and very enjoyable experience and stay in New York.

  I've always wanted to spend some of the holidays in NYC. Four of us decided to plan a trip and we wanted to stay somewhere very centrally located to the subway and theatre district. We found this place and had one of the most memorable trips ever. The owner was very accomodating and the condo was just as pictured. I felt like a real New Yorker. It has a large kitchen, two full bedrooms, living room and small bathroom. The bathroom was quite small, as most places in NY, but easy for just one person at a time. It can easily sleep six very comfortably. I definitely will be looking to stay here ni the future. There's a deli right next door and Penn Station is one block down. The only drawback is that it is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. It was great working with the owner. Very nice!!!!!

  I was pleased with the location and i was please with the kitchen size that often come small with NYC apartment we rented before. the location is amazing and the area Sims vibrant at any time of the day . the apartment was quiet sins it is located in the back of the building .. it worked for us , we liked and we will rent again

  Great location convenient and walking distance from all the midtown locations attractions,lots of bars and restaurant open late very quiet apartment equipped with large kitchen , Ben was more then accommodative and let us to check out late , will definitely use his rental again and definitely will recommend to others Donna Bella

  The apartment was functional and conveniently located, but my overall experience was poor. I hope you avoid the same disappointment. I have two types of complaints: LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM 1. Last-Minute Pressure to Pay w/out Credit Card: A few hours before my flight, Ben (Ilan) told me he’d shut down his merchant account 3 DAYS AGO due to credit card fraud. Thus he couldn’t accept credit card and told me to bring another form of payment. I was already traveling and told Ben he’d have to cancel the contract if he could not accept my credit card. At 6pm NY time, he replied that he’d ask the bank to help. By next morning, my account had been charged. Was he trying to save a few % by avoiding credit card payment? You decide. 2. Misleading Impression: Ben initially gave me the impression the apartment I desired was available and he'd send me the contract. Based on this information, I rejected other options. A few hours later, I was told the desired apartment was not available for my full stay, and I should book another one of his. 3. Timeliness: Sometimes Ben said he’d do something, but didn’t until I asked about the delay. (ex: I submitted a signed contract, then had to ask repeatedly for confirmation that the apartment was booked. When I notified Ben of a few burned out lights, he expected that I replace them myself and get reimbursed, or wait a few days for him to do it.) 4. Typos in Contract: Ben entered the wrong total amount in the contract and misspelled my name. He told me to make corrections on the form. APARTMENT NOT AS ADVERTISED 1. Both the dishwasher and washing machine had standing water in them and were either rusting over or growing mildew/mold. Ben offered to reimburse us if we used a laundromat. He had a plumber fix the dishwasher. 2. Shower curtain was significantly mildewed. A new one was in the closet, so we replaced the curtain ourselves. 3. Apartment was superficially clean. (ex: gum wrapper on floor, grime on fan blades visible from my bed). I'm told the original cleaning lady has been replaced. Ben made a decent effort to fix the big problems, but he didn't try to compensate us for the apartment being less than advertised. He was fairly patient in dealing with complaints and is pleasant in person. He was also flexible about check in/out times. I have since found other NY apartment owners whom I’d be happy to do business with in the future. Keep looking folks, you can do better than this!

  Owner response: we are surprise that we got 2 stars from Pauline, very difficult person to deal with and impossible of satisfying from the beginning of the booking . Not only she changing the content of the review and we see it a lot with guests who solicits refund from us for a better reviews which may be the case,thats the reason she maid this reviews looks bad the it really is .I will response. 1 we did receive a blockage from our merchant in regards to some transaction that the merchant had questions until investigation is done we can"t put any guest info into the platform especially some one financial and personal info .it wasn't a few hours as she claim it was a day before arrival and we explain that to her she got upset ,we could cancel the contract but we didn't, we went extra step to our parent company and we charge her credit card on other platform ,we did accommodate her request 2 her claim is wrong ,she inquirer on apartment 2R when i told her the rate she tried to negotiate,she didn't want to pay and she try to low ball us with all kind of offers ,she even wanted to take the apartment not clean to save the cleaning fee ,after I e mailed her {and i have the e mails } and say do you want to your family to sleep on bedding of some else ?then she agreed to pay the cleaning fee. By the time all of those Negotiation other guest Booked 2R before her ,simply this is New York city if you see an apartment you like take it if not some else will.by the time she got back to us i told her 2R is rented we have 4R there is no misleadings impression on her contract it say apartment 4R and that is the same apartment she got..3.again she taking thing out of contest she submitted a contract,normally we send conformation after we charge the deposit but will send you an email of calender is locked confirmed I emailed her from my phone that the calender is locked and she can see it as confirmation.at same night she called I told her on the phone that she confirmed she insist that I will send her some thing same night before she is going to bed so i did so .4 Our contract Templates docs for our properties we change guests name,dates,rates at time we will miss changing something ,this is the reason we send it to the guests to read and double check before return it to us,when the guest inform there is mistake we ask them to change it on the form and send it back to us. we did replace Bulb the 2nd day,Cleaning Lady fired. dishwasher OK.e mail to know more of Pauline case

  we arrived to new york city to attend my cousin wedding we rented the apartment for a week and that after we were very skeptical about renting an apartment versus hotel .we where 6 persons ,after we spoke with Ben he make us feeling better and we rented the apartment . we were surprised how good it was .the apartment have 2 separate bedroom a living room and large kitchen .every room have AC unit and the living room kitchen ave a large AC unit also . we had Internet ,and cable .Ben even gave us a local cell phone that we can call him with any problem or concern. the location was amazing .walking distance from Macy's and time square .the subaway is just 75 feet from the apartment ,the Madison square garden ,empire state building and Korea town is just 2 avenues to the east . we loved it and definitely will recommend and book on our next visit

  I was staying with my family (5 persons) in the apartment very clean and very fitted kitchen, excellent location, near the best sightseeing in the city is on the side of a deli with delicious food. Ben is very kind and friendly. I rent this apartment again next year.

  Even though the Hot water was intermittent at best, this apartment was worth the money spent. Our fellow travelers were always complaining, which made it difficult to appreciate. We had no internet the entire week. It was nice to have the friendly deli downstairs. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget who doesn't mind walking up 3 flights of steep stairs after walking all over all day long! Not for the elderly, for sure!

  this place was honestly perfect. the location couldnt have been better, right in the middle of the city, close to lots of food and the transit system. The apartment was nice and clean upon arrival, it had tv, internet, laundry full kitchen, air conditioning etc. the owner was very cool and accommodating to our schedule of arrival etc. which made the process extremely easy and painless, good customer service! I would definitely recommend this place.

  The location of this property was great. We were a party of 4 - two 30 something couples and we thought it was ideal. One block away from Madison Square Gardens and we only walked 4 blocks to see the July 4th fireworks! The owner was extremely nice and helpful and I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. The apartment was nice, the only thing I would say is that it could use a coat of paint because of the light colour walls.
