Want to relax at a waterfront house with a spectacular view? Then this Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is for you. This Ocean pines home is just minutes from Ocean City and Assatague Island. You can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area and then return to this quite neighborhood. The most common sound heard hear are the birds.
The home features a sunroom, a deck, and a very large great room that all overlook the tranquil water view. The property has about 50 feet of bulk head that a small boat can be tied to. There are two Queen beds and one double bed. There is a hammock and outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the view.
Seven day pool passes are available for an additional $100 per family of four (Three days for $50). There are 5 pools: The Beach Club which occupies a block of oceanfront between 49th and 50th street in Ocean City. The club has locker rooms and a snack bar. A Parking pass for The Beach Club is included with the rental. The Yacht Club is located at Mumford’s Landing with spectacular views of the Isle of Wight Bay, the Marina, and the Ocean City skyline. The Harborview Restaurant serves dinner year round. The Dockside Bar & Grill is a great place to watch the sunset. The Sports Core Pool is heated and open until the end of September. The Swim & Racquet Club and Mumford’s Landing also have outdoor pools. The Golf & Country Club has an 18 hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Pines
I love the surrounding area and the beach environment. This particular house had the best water view out of all the houses we looked at. We constantly enjoy watching wildlife from our living room.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Spending the day at the beach and being able to enjoy the facilities of the beach club. Going crabbing and launching kayaks right from the back yard. My kids love being able to bike on the flat roads. Driving over to Assatague Island and seeing the wild horse is always fun.
