County of Shasta requires 10% occupancy tax in addition to the rate.
$200 cleaning deposit and 50% deposit when reservation is made.
Rates include basic cleaning. Check in 3:00pm. Checkout 11:00am.
Payment in full 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: 45 days prior to arrival date full refund.
30 days prior forfeit 50% of rental rate.

The Unique Benefits at this House
While there are several resorts in and around lakehead our home is literally a stones throw from Sugarloaf marina and boat launch. If you prefer not to cook while visiting our lake home there are several locally owned restaurants, bars and grills. If you would like to take a short 30 minute ride to Redding you have many options to choose from, plus all the shopping one can do at the Mt. Shasta Mall and other surrounding stores.

In the spring of 2008 David and I sat out on the deck on a swing bench and had a beautiful view of the lake, the warmth of the sun and the peacefulness of the area we just knew this was the home we were meant to purchase. We enjoy boating, fishing, walks and sitting down by the lake. Whether it's a barbecue on the spacious deck or an evening gazing at the stars we enjoy it all!

The house was very charming & cozy...we immediately felt at home & relaxed! David & Brenda had the home fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. Very quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the lake...just what we were looking for a weekend away!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
