Walled and gated with lots of parking it offers total seclusion from the outside world, there is a wonderful pool, spa and waterfall many seating and lounging areas, an outdoor BBQ and bar house and a large Morocan style cabana. Inside there are 4 bedroom suites with their own bathrooms and closets, The large master bedroom has his and hers bathrooms and closets. The large kitchen has massive granite counters, sub zero refrigerator and a breakfast area for 10 .The sit up counter fits 8. Off the kitchen is a den with Morocan style wrap around banquet seating and entertainment center. off the den is the pool table room. There is also a baronial formal dining room leading to a large lounge and 9 ft antique entry doors. There is also a bar area, 3 separate zones of heat and air , an outside pressurized misting system, in all the actual house is around 4500 sq ft plus the out door structures. There are 12 ft solid wood electric gates that contain the motor court in all your own private resort!
