Amazing Beach Home

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we loved it! The Flemingo house is beautiful with the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The house was incredibly well kept and the back yard was perfect for our dog. The private community beach is just a short walk around the corner and what a lovely beach it is! We loved the fact that everyone just leaves their chairs and umbrellas there for the next day without worrying about them. This is a secluded neighborhood with friendly people. We can't wait to return again!

We just got back from Flemingo for a week and the house was perfect for us and our dogs. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. We have rented homes in this area for sometime now and this one had everything we needed and was so nice and clean. The beach was not far at all and just as beautiful as it always has been! Can't wait to go back! Thank you for letting us use your great place!

Having just spent a week at the Fleming-O (April, 2011), we can honestly say all of our needs and expectations were met or exceeded. It is obvious that Jeremy and Rachel go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable in their beach house. The house had all the ameneties we needed, was very clean and lovely. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog, and the location was excellent. The gulf is an easy 5-minute walk, and the pool was right around the corner, There are also plenty of places to ride bikes in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. Day trips to the fort and fishing at the marina were convenient as well. We never were at a loss for something to do. Our only negative thought was knowing that we had to leave. Rachel was extemely helpful and a joy to deal with. We will be back soon and often and are planning on making Fort Morgan and Fleming-0 a family tradition.

Fantastic week at Gulf Shores

We just returned from a week at Fleming-O and had a fantastic time. The house was perfect for the 5 of us and 2 dogs. The porch and fenced yard were great for letting the dogs roam inside and out without worry. The HDTV made my dad very happy for watching baseball and golf. The updated kitchen and bathrooms made me not want to come home to my own. There were games, beach bags, beach towels, and even a beach hat in the closet! It just made us feel so at home unlike a lot of the condos where we've stayed in the past. The walk to the beach takes no more than 3-4 minutes. We didn't use the pool, but did visit it and it's right around the corner. I can't credit the owner for this, but the weather was perfect and we spent many an hour on the beautiful beach. Don't hesitate to visit, it's just as beautiful as it ever was.

The Vacation We Hoped It Would Be

Our family of 5 spent a week here last month (3rd week of September). Rachel was a huge help beforehand with knowing what to bring, what to expect, etc. The house was beautifully decorated and ideal for our family. Being able to look at pictures ahead of time was very helpful, and gave us a head start on feeling at home when we arrived. My oldest son enjoyed reading on the front porch while the younger two had a blast with the closet of toys and games. It was just enough to keep them busy during the down times. The walk to the beach was not a problem at all, and you can see the beach plenty fine from the front of the house. Oh, and the sand and water were gorgeous! Nothing beats the Gulf. We loved the location of Morgantown itself and the proximity to Fort Morgan and the ferry to Dauphin Island. The pools and tennis courts were private and very well kept. We enjoyed that as much as anything else! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing, low key vacation at the beach. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. Clean beaches, great vacation

Just spent 5 days at the Fleming-O. Beautiful house, clean beaches, clean water, what more can you ask for? When the kids wore me out boogie-boarding, we went to the pool to relax. Wonderful pools just around the corner from the house. We had rain one night but the closet is stocked with games. Guesstures had all of us on the floor laughing. Rachel is fantastic. She booked us with only 24 hours notice. Since this one is pet friendly, we didn't have to worry about boarding our dog. The kids loved having her on the trip. Please visit the area. The businesses and rental owners like Rachel are losing income daily and there's no reason not to go. Again, the beaches were clean, the water was wonderful and there's no smell. Thanks Rachel, looking forward to doing it again.

Spring, TX Family

Spent an absolutely amazing week at this beachhouse! Thoroughly enjoyed the tasteful touches and had all the comforts of home. Convenient walk to both the beach and pool in a friendly, family-oriented neighborhood. We had a great vacation and fell in love with the Gulf Shores area. Plan to definitely return next year!

This house is wonderful! It is perfect for kids and pets. It is centraly located convenient to the beach and pool. The fenced yard is very pet friendly. I WILL stay here again.

This was an awesome place to stay. Just right for our family. Pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed it so much, we stayed an additional week. The beautiful beach and pools were just steps away. The community was very friendly and family oriented. Enjoyed watching the dolphin shows every day, finding sand dollars on the beach, and the clear ocean waters. The streets were the neighborhood type that allowed you to walk or jog with no traffic at all. The stars at night were spectacular.
