Beautiful peaceful setting among the pines. Large, wide open 4 bedroom condo. Plenty of room to entertain. Large kitchen fully supplied with eat up bar and large dining room table. Sectional sofa that could easily seat 6-8 people. Perfect for get-togethers. This condo is located in Mountain Pine Estates, the only townhouse /condo having privileges allowing full use of fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball courts, swimming pool, rec hall and more!
We are located 8 minutes to the Hon-Dah Casino (all the crab legs you can eat on Fridays), 1 minute to horse back riding with guided trails and 30 minutes to Sunrise Ski resort. In the summer, the fishing is great and the ski resort offers plenty of excitement with down hill mountain biking or Frisbee golf, or take a ride up for a great view. Hiking trails right at the rec center. Try hiking Mount Baldy for a thrill. I love Eddies for great fresh groceries. When I retired I may eat breakfast there every day.

Young professional gal living in Dayton Ohio. Wanting to retire to Pinetop. I love being active so this is the right place for me. So much to do. Great weather! All seasons with sunshine and not too hot in the summer!

I have family in Pinetop. My aunt, born and raised in Arizona. She knows the state like no other. She has lived several different places in the state but now she spends most of her time in PINETOP, Mountain Pine Estates and that's why I have chosen to be there too.!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I love that we back into the National Forest and we are 2 minutes from the Indian Reservation. It's just so quiet. The town will stay unique because of the location. The restaurants are one of kind, locally owned. Not the usual chain restaurants. Variety galore! I love that I'm close Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club, horseback riding and the awesome Pinetop Lakes Recreation Center. Love the pool and racquetball! Less than a mile for all of these activities. I could go on and on.
