The house is right across one of the most consistent surfing spots in the world with waves usually ranging from 3 feet minimum to 10 feet plus ( you better be a good surfer ). The house simply has it all, full kitchen, bar, washer and dryer, micro, nice size rooms with comfortable beds, and upper sun deck.

I bought this lovely home for vacation and second home. I am a surfer, and this is one of the best surfing spots in the world. My wife and son love to go to Costa Rica several times a year. This is the country that has it all, weather, nature, and nice and friendly people. I love Costa Rica, and wish I could live there forever.
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family House
The main thing is the house with all its amenities, comfort and luxury. You are right by the beach ( one minute walk ) I love the surf there, it is just the best , you are never disappointed as the waves keep on coming and coming. The community pool is simply the best for families to enjoy right across from the beautiful ocean, it is never crowded, and people are very very nice and friendly.
