Located in what’s probably the hippest neighborhood of Palm Springs, this unique property has three bedrooms and two baths and is tastefully decorated with a lively combination of vintage, one of a kind furnishings as well as new retro pieces that are sure to surprise and delight your senses.
Of special note is a vintage console, for those of you that remember the rich sound and the snap, crackle and pop of vinyl. And yes, we have provided some swingin’ albums from Martin Denny’s tiki talents through the smooth styling of Frank! Other styles of music are available on request.
You’ll love the remodeled kitchen with its vibrant tones, as well as the colorful décor in other rooms. The bathrooms are also remodeled. This house boasts a spacious feel, courtesy of the elevated a-frame ceiling.
Toast some marshmallows; grill up some good eats, and while you’re waiting for that well-done steak, have a quick dip in the pool!
This pool has ample depth, allowing for deep sea exploring; we supply the goggles as well as fun floats for relaxing! Or maybe you’d prefer mixing up a margarita at the tiki bar in the atrium, where you can soak up space age goes to Hawaii stylings.
In the daytime, enjoy the stunning view of Mt. San Jacinto’s splendor. At night, gaze up at the stars, and follow the light of the tram as it brings visitors up and down the mountain.
The house is perfectly suited for couples desiring a private get away to families that are looking for a home away from home. Bedrooms are furnished as follows: #1 queen platform bed, #2 2 twin beds, and #3 outrageously comfortable queen sized La-Z Boy.
Our objective is for you to take in the essence of Palm Springs during your stay, leave happy and rested, and come back to visit us again.
We have now relaxed our policy and require just a TWO night minimum.

We came out to Palm Springs for a weekend in 2003, with the objective of basking in the rat pack vibe...and we were hooked!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Friendly neighbors, great neighborhood to walk in while enjoying the spectacular view of the mountains, playing records, and chilling out! The city of Palm Springs will be constructing a small park with a bocce ball court in the neighborhood in the near future. This is a breezier section of town (yes, the weather does vary even within a few miles), while other areas have no breeze at all.

My wife and I love the desert. We enjoy hiking, sushi, taking photos, music, cool cars, and keeping in touch with family all through the U.S. and abroad as well as collecting mid-century modern furnishings and vinyl records from the 50's and 60's. We love the desert lifestyle, and thrive on reading, relaxing, and lazing in the Palm Springs sun. We have been living in California since 2001.
