Hermosa Beach is 15 minutes from LAX airport and 30 minutes from the entertainment mecca of downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood.
Walk to tennis and basketball courts, ride bikes on the strand that parallels the beach and takes you along the coast to Santa Monica or north to Redondo Pier. Enjoy the community pool and jacuzzi.
The house is clean, bright and spacious with high ceilings. Beautiful kitchen, recently remodeled deck. Master bedroom has king size bed, one bedroom has queen size bed, third bedroom has full size air mattress. If needed, downstairs sofa can accommodate two. Three bathrooms, one with shower/bath, one with shower, the other is a half bathroom with laundry appliances.
Electronics: Two flat-screen HD TVs (one 50" with Wii system and Rock Band, the other 32" TV has DVD player, both have Direct TV basic channels, High Speed Internet Access, keyless entry system.
Amenities: Community pool and jacuzzi, four bikes (two adult bikes, one junior/adult bike, one children's bike), Wii and Rock Band.
