Time to make your escape to this brand new 7,300 square foot exquisite chateau known as "Pervenche" just finished in 2009. Custom designed with a look reminiscent of older European / French Country Chateaus, you will be one of the first to stay in this brand new Midway masterpiece we just finished building. This one of a kind home is set in Midways's most prestigious location just North of the 2002 Winter Olympic Venue Soldier Hollow. Midway is only 10 minutes to Deer Valley & the Jordanelle Gondola. In 15 minutes you'll be unloading your gear for a day at Park City Mountain. 20 Minutes gets you to either The Canyon's in Park City or Robert Redford's Sundance Resort. Soldier Hollow Skiing and Snow Tubing is 2 minutes from "Pervenche".
Pervenche is furnished with high end luxury appointments and furniture from exclusive designers in the Park City area, including Mountain Timber & Hillsdale Home. Enjoy the picturesque views of Mount Timpanogas, Deer Creek Reservoir and the entire Heber Valley. Only the finest materials and finishes are in this home. Various slabs of granite are found on all counter surfaces through out the house. Assorted stone and real wood floors are also used throughout the home. The kitchen is a true chef's delight with all Viking Professional Stainless Steel appliances, plus another full kitchen downstairs. Sitting down to relax for a meal is possible with two dining areas which will provide enough seating for the largest of groups. Water features outside the large deck create the perfect evening atmosphere and the gas grill allows the chef in your group to show off.
The home is arranged thoughtfully to allow groups the space needed to enjoy the most out of the time you spend at "Pervenche". 6 LCD TV's are located in the home. 1 @ 46", 2 @ 40" & 3 @ 32". DirecTV on 3 TV's with HD receivers and 4 DVD players as well. Pervenche offers three distinct and different family rooms to gather around and visit. Your group will always be entertained with a variety of games to play. Whether it is a game of pool in the library, ping pong or maybe foosball everyone will have something to do. Also the home has complimentary wi-fi throughout.
The Pervenche is perfect for any couple, family or large group. Are you looking to host a family reunion, taking an extended vacation, need to host a wedding or summer party? This home is also perfect for numerous families taking a trip together. You may get lost inside with the 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread out over 7,300 square feet. Also on the main level you'll find a full size washer and dryer in the dedicated laundry room.
On the main living level you have the master suite and master sitting room. The master bedroom has a California King bed and a 40" LCD HD TV with Direct TV. The master sitting area has an executive size desk and chair, also a chair and a half with ottoman. In the main great room is probably the largest couch you've seen, great times are in store as you spend some time watching a movie or sporting event on the 46" LCD HD TV. The main level also has the library/den room with a full size pool table and fireplace, the main kitchen and separate dining area for 10 or more. Just off the kitchen is one of the largest walk in pantries you'll ever see. Down the hall one will find another bathroom, huge laundry room with washer/dryer, etc. and a great mud room to hang up 20 coats or more.
On the top level there are 2 bedrooms and a large full bathroom. Also you'll find a great family room area with a tv & dvd player, areas to work, read or just unwind. The bedrooms upstairs have one Queen Bed in one bedroom and the other bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin trundle underneath. This is perfect for one family on this level. Each bedroom also has either a large sofa chair or table and chairs.
The bottom floor is a full walk out basement with three additional bedrooms and two more bathrooms. This area is larger than most homes at over 3,600 s/f. The large bedrooms have one California King, One Queen & then we have the Kid's Party Room. Six twin beds, 2 LCD TV's for your video games and movies, tons of pillows to lay on and hang out and best of all this room is far away from the rest of the group. Downstairs is also another full size kitchen with two eating areas, another family room with a 40" LCD HD TV. And much more.
Pervenche is located in the most desirable area of Midway, Utah. You'll find yourself just minutes from Jordanelle Reservoir & Deer Creek Reservoir (you can see Deer Creek from the home), 90 Holes of golf, trails for riding your bikes, motorcycles or ATV's. Also, close by are numerous horse back riding areas, world famous fishing along the Provo and Weber rivers. Of course Park City is just 15 minutes away with all that it has to offer. Right out the back are paved trails for mountain biking or jogging. Minutes away the trails change to dirt for those more adventurous.

What a beautiful home, in a spectacular setting!! We enjoyed our stay so much. It was a perfect weekend with our children and our parents. I don't think we ventured further than 2 miles in any direction and enjoyed tubing at Soldier Hollow and ice skating at the town square. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. And the activities were wonderful. Although, we could have had as much fun just staying put in your wonderful house. We enjoyed all of the amenities your house had to offer. Our stay was excellent and we look forward to staying here again in the future!!

Pervenche was the perfect place for our family reunion--plenty of room for everyone, beautiful home and furnishings, great location, and stunning views. Mike was great to work with, answering all our questions and making sure that everything was set up just right for our stay.

Amazing property. It is all you could ask for and all that you would want. Plenty of room and top of the line amenities. You could not ask for more. The best place to stay in the area. It has all that you would want and I would recommend this home to anyone 100% with no hesitation. It is a 10!!!! Plus the owners Bryce and Mike will do all to make your stay amazing. You will not regret staying here.

Our group of 11 adults and 5 kids had an absolutely fabulous time staying in Pervenche. The house was nicely decorated and filled with great amenities. Our trip was made more memorable with the kids having their own space, and the grown ups staying up and playing games around the dining table. We would love to come back again. Thank you!

enjoyed stay in Midway and took advantage of proximity to Park City resort for skiing/snowboarding, restaturants and night life. vacation home ideal for family reunions since can sleep so many and everyone can stay together under same roof. huge kitchen ideal for cooking meals with deck off kitchen for grilling and picturesque views of mountains.

Outstanding vacation home, highly recommended for groups, particularly those interested in Utah ski resorts. We vacationed with 3 other families and were amazed with how much room everybody had. We've rented houses/townhomes/apartments through several sites previously, and this home provided more to the renter than at any other place we've stayed. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen and eating area, plenty of TVs throughout the house, and game room in the basement. This house appears to be brand new and is in mint condition. The town of Midway is close and has plenty of restaurant and shopping options. Easy drive to Salt Lake City, Park City and other local ski resorts. All in all, I highly recommend this house, particularly for families or large groups.

I just recently stayed here with three other couples and two small children. The house was maintained exceptionally and the fixtures were top notch. A lot of room all around. We would wake up and have coffee as we looked out to the mountains every day. The Park City ski resorts were close by and also having dinner in Park City was easy. I would definitely recommend it for families and singles alike. The town of Midway is quaint and accessible.

Wow, what a place! The views are spectacular, the home has a great floor plan and is decorated impressively. My family of four enjoyed our time here with four other couples, including two with young children and we never felt crowded or cramped. The kids loved the room to run around and the adults enjoyed every last bit of the house, from the amazing chef's kitchen to the pool table down to the ping pong room. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Chateau Pervenche! The home is located in a beautiful spot, close to the mountains, with an incredible golf couse and a great outlet mall in close proximity. It's hard to leave the house, though, with all the amenities. We cooked some great meals in the well- appointed kitchen, played pool and ping pong, watched dvd's, played lots of games, and just enjoyed the beauty and serenity of the area. We brought our bikes and everyone enjoyed riding along the bike paths around the home and neighborhood. We highly recommend this incredible home!

Home is very spacious with lots of ammenities. Had a great time playing games at the house and seeing the sites in and around Midway. Would be great any time of year.
