Time to make your escape to this brand new fabulous & exquisite chateau known as "Pervenche". Designed with a look reminiscent of older European / French Country Chateau's, you will be one of the first to stay in this brand new Midway masterpiece that was just finished and furnished with luxury appointments from high end retailers in the area, including Mountain Timber & Hillsdale Home. Enjoy the picturesque views of Mount Timpanogas, Deer Creek and the entire Heber Valley. Water features outside the large deck create the perfect evening atmosphere. Only the finest materials and finishes are in this home. Various slabs of granite are found on all counter surfaces through out the house. Assorted stone and real wood floors are used throughout the home. The kitchen is a true chef's delight with all Viking Professional Stainless Steel appliances, plus another full kitchen downstairs. Sitting down to relax for a meal is possible with two dining areas which will provide enough seating for the largest of groups.
The home is set up to make the most of the time you spend at the home. 4 LCD TV's 46", 2 @ 40" & a 32". Direct TV on 3 TV's with HD and 3 DVD players as well. Pervenche offers two distinct and different family rooms to gather around and visit. Your group will always be entertained with a variety of games to play. Whether it is a game of pool in the library, ping pong or maybe foosball everyone will have something to do.
The Pervenche is perfect for any couple, family or large group. Are you looking to host a family reunion, taking an extended vacation, need to host a wedding or summer party? This home is also perfect for numerous families taking a trip together. You may get lost inside with the 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread out over 7,300 square feet. Also on the main level you'll find a full size washer and dryer in the dedicated laundry room.
On the main living level you have the master suite and master sitting room. The master bedroom has a California King bed and a 40" LCD HD TV with Direct TV. Along with the great room and the largest couch you've seen, you can also enjoy time with the 46" LCD HD TV. The main level also has the library with a full size pool table, the main kitchen and dining area, along with the largest live in pantry you'll ever see. Down the hall one will find another bathroom, oversized laundry room and a great mud room to hang up 20 coats or more.
On the top level there are 2 bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The bedrooms have one California King Bed and the other has a full bed with a pull out twin trundle underneath. This is perfect for one family on this level. There is also another area on this level to spread out and relax.
The bottom floor is a full walk out basement with three more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. This area is larger than most homes at over 3,600 s/f. The large bedrooms have one California King, One Queen & then we have the Kid's Party Room. Six twin beds, a tv for your video games, tons of pillows to lay on and hang out and best of all this room is far away from the rest of the group. Downstairs is also another full size kitchen, another family room with a 40" LCD HD TV. And much more.
Pervenche is located in the most desirable area of Midway, Utah. You'll find yourself just minutes from Jordanelle Reservoir & Deer Creek Reservoir (you can see Deer Creek from the home), 90 Holes of golf, trails for riding your bikes, motorcycles or ATV's. Also, close by are numerous horse back riding areas, world famous fishing along the Provo and Weber rivers. Of course Park City is just 15 minutes away with all that it has to offer. Right out the back are paved trails for mountain biking or jogging. Minutes away the trails change to dirt for those more adventurous.
