Having stayed at numerous VRBO listings before, I've always been a little hesitant to write reviews because I don't want to nit pick items or influence people unless I have a very strong opinion about a property. This estate home in Midway, Utah near Park City, Utah is absolutely gorgeous!! The layout is so well thought out with the Master Suite & sitting area on the main floor with such incredible views of the mountains and valleys. The decor and appliances really are of the highest quality. All Viking Professional appliances in the main kitchen and everything you need to make your meals with is included. Our family and friends were able to spread out across the 3 different family room areas and though this is a very large home, each area feels intimate and cozy. The home was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week here at Pervenche and will absolutely be returning in the future. Though the pictures and video offer a true depiction of the house, I feel that it does not fully portray just how beautiful a home it really is. Great restaurants are nearby in Midway & Heber. Of course Park City is really close by as well.

What a beautiful home, in a spectacular setting!! We enjoyed our stay so much. It was a perfect weekend with our children and our parents. I don't think we ventured further than 2 miles in any direction and enjoyed tubing at Soldier Hollow and ice skating at the town square. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. And the activities were wonderful. Although, we could have had as much fun just staying put in your wonderful house. We enjoyed all of the amenities your house had to offer. Our stay was excellent and we look forward to staying here again in the future!!

Pervenche was the perfect place for our family reunion--plenty of room for everyone, beautiful home and furnishings, great location, and stunning views. Mike was great to work with, answering all our questions and making sure that everything was set up just right for our stay.

Amazing property. It is all you could ask for and all that you would want. Plenty of room and top of the line amenities. You could not ask for more. The best place to stay in the area. It has all that you would want and I would recommend this home to anyone 100% with no hesitation. It is a 10!!!! Plus the owners Bryce and Mike will do all to make your stay amazing. You will not regret staying here.

Our group of 11 adults and 5 kids had an absolutely fabulous time staying in Pervenche. The house was nicely decorated and filled with great amenities. Our trip was made more memorable with the kids having their own space, and the grown ups staying up and playing games around the dining table. We would love to come back again. Thank you!

enjoyed stay in Midway and took advantage of proximity to Park City resort for skiing/snowboarding, restaturants and night life. vacation home ideal for family reunions since can sleep so many and everyone can stay together under same roof. huge kitchen ideal for cooking meals with deck off kitchen for grilling and picturesque views of mountains.

Outstanding vacation home, highly recommended for groups, particularly those interested in Utah ski resorts. We vacationed with 3 other families and were amazed with how much room everybody had. We've rented houses/townhomes/apartments through several sites previously, and this home provided more to the renter than at any other place we've stayed. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen and eating area, plenty of TVs throughout the house, and game room in the basement. This house appears to be brand new and is in mint condition. The town of Midway is close and has plenty of restaurant and shopping options. Easy drive to Salt Lake City, Park City and other local ski resorts. All in all, I highly recommend this house, particularly for families or large groups.

Fantastic for a Ski get away

I just recently stayed here with three other couples and two small children. The house was maintained exceptionally and the fixtures were top notch. A lot of room all around. We would wake up and have coffee as we looked out to the mountains every day. The Park City ski resorts were close by and also having dinner in Park City was easy. I would definitely recommend it for families and singles alike. The town of Midway is quaint and accessible.

Great house for vacationing with multiple families

Wow, what a place! The views are spectacular, the home has a great floor plan and is decorated impressively. My family of four enjoyed our time here with four other couples, including two with young children and we never felt crowded or cramped. The kids loved the room to run around and the adults enjoyed every last bit of the house, from the amazing chef's kitchen to the pool table down to the ping pong room. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Chateau Pervenche! The home is located in a beautiful spot, close to the mountains, with an incredible golf couse and a great outlet mall in close proximity. It's hard to leave the house, though, with all the amenities. We cooked some great meals in the well- appointed kitchen, played pool and ping pong, watched dvd's, played lots of games, and just enjoyed the beauty and serenity of the area. We brought our bikes and everyone enjoyed riding along the bike paths around the home and neighborhood. We highly recommend this incredible home!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here and can't recommend it enough. The entire house is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is highly functional and incredible. Everything in the house feels really top notch. The master suite area is worth the price alone -- you get a huge bathroom and sitting room all to yourself in addition to a great bedroom. The kids loved the bunk room -- it is larger than it looks and can hold a few more kids on air mattresses in the middle of the room. There is plenty of room on the balconies for everyone to hang our and enjoy the mountain views right in back of the house. It's the perfect location for any season. Durring the ski season it is very close to Deer Valley resort. Midway is a great base camp for Spring, Summer, and Fall activities too since there is so much to do. One of the best fly fishing spots in Utah is only a mile away from this house. You are near the Heber Valley Railroad, golf, hiking, the Alpine Loop, water skiing at various lakes, etc.

Thank you Mike and Bryce for a wonderful place to have our family get together! The home is beautiful and in an amazing location! We loved walking and biking around the neighborhood and into town for the fourth of July festivities. The home was extremely comfortable and you both are great to work with! We love Midway and feel like we found "the" place to stay when visiting. We are looking forward to renting again next year!

Excellent Vacation Spot

We had our extended family vacation here in June 2010. It was delightful. It is located on a quiet and beautiful hillside--almost as if you were the only family there. We rode our bikes every morning, jogged, played outside, and watched the sandhill cranes go by early in the morning. We visited Deer Creek Reservoir--too cold for the little ones--so went to the Kamas public pool for the water slides. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the scenery and peace. Visited the cemetery where our ancestors are located. Fun family stories found here. All of the children have said this is the best place we have ever vacationed and hope we can come back next year. We had 6 separate families here, 15 in all, with room for more. The home is big enough for everyone to have privacy and yet we've been able to play and visit together in the larger rooms. It has been a great week. The pictures do not do justice to the clean and spacious interior. It was very, very nice. Thank you for opening your home so we could enjoy such a wonderful place.

Unbelievable...that's all I heard during our stay. I held my annual golf tournament at Homestead and Solder Hollow this year and was fortunate enough to find Pervenche. To be able to bring friend and associates to your home really put the icing on a great weekend. Everything in your description is spot on...we'll definitely see you next spring!

WOW! WOW! WOW! What else can one say! Thank you for allowing us to rent a dream home! The layout was perfect for our family and our friends! We loved that it was close enough to the ski resorts yet it was far enough to make us feel like we had our own little oasis! You have spared no expense with the appliances and the big screen TV's. Another big plus was the game area for our kids! They wore out the ping pong table! The home is exceptional and very clean! The view is to die for! Many thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home in Midway! We had a wonderful family reunion and our grand kids loved the space and bunk beds in your home. There was enough room for everyone and we all loved the kitchen. The Viking appliances were a joy for cooking and the table in the dinning area became a center for all of us. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. My wife and I especially enjoyed early mornings sitting in the office off the master bed room watching the sun rise reflect off Mount Timp. We held our annual Family Christmas reunion at your wonderful home in Midway. Midway is a fantastic location, such a neat town, near everything!! and without the outrageous costs. I was quite impressed. The home was just perfect for us, we have a large group and there were many areas to gather and visit. I never felt cramped and on the other hand I never felt lost, just warmth. This year we picked a perfect place to call home for the holidays! We will be back. Thank you :)

This was our first trip to Utah and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay than your beautiful home with its fantastic views. The location was great and enabled us to see and do many things during our week long stay, as well as to just relax and enjoy the incredible scenery. We were able to visit many interesting places such as Salt Lake City, Park City, and Wasatch State Park because they were so close. Since there was so much to enjoy here, and there was plenty of room, we are looking forward to having our entire family vacation in your amazing home. This is an amazing house in a beautiful and scenic location of Midway. Easy access to Deer Creek or Jordanelle plus all the activities in Midway. The house is brand new and beautiful. Grandkids loved the downstairs room with bunkbeds for six plus huge play room with pool table, foosball, the works. If you want to get away from it all in a quiet and seren setting, yet with easy access to everything, this is the place. Golfing an easy walk away; Cascade Springs very close. Owners are nice people to work with. You can't lose on this one.

The Pervenche home was very nice and accommodated our family well. The setting was absolutely beautiful. Rolling hills and lots of open spaces. The master suite was very spacious and well appointed. We would be excited to rent this home again.

What an amazing house!!! Great views, large rooms, upgrades throughout for all to appreciate. We stayed for 3 nights with 16 adults and 13 children and never felt like we were stepping on each other's toes. Deer came right down to the back of the house and the views were amazing. Close enough to grab a bite to eat in town but far enough away to feel like you're not even close to town. Close to golf courses. The highlight of the trip were the pool and ping pong tables! Thanks for providing us a great place to make some great family memories. Owners were pleasant to deal with and made every effort to assist us. We have already recommended this property to several friends and would stay here again.
